The lobby was virtually empty. It was me and 1 other customer. It took 20 minutes to get our food and it was cold. The lady that order after me wanted her money back. Who I’m assuming is the manger, told that lady that she was making her order “right now” keep in mind that I hadn’t gotten my food yet. The manager then starts to cry and gets loud about it. Terrible experience!
Really enjoyed the food the atmosphere was on point and Caitlin was super friendly and helpful she has excellent customer service

First time here. Food was good, however my Fresh Mex Chicken burrito had no chicken. It did have the other ingredients that I specified in my online order. ie: rice, beans, lettuce, Pico, and jalapeños. Just no chicken 😕

I’ll NEVER give them my money again. I order the same thing every time I go, today I was told “are you sure you want that? It’ll be messy” and I proceeded to tell him I always get that, he tells me my total is almost $9 when I usually pay $5 and some change. I get up to the window and pay and the lady said zero words to me. Just handed me my stuff and shut the window. Got to work and opened my food and this was what was inside. Since new management has taken over the customer service has been terrible and rude(not to mention the tasteless food) and I’ll never go back.
