I ordered the same thing just about every time I go sour cream and chive baked potato I do mobile pickup this is the first time I've had an issue but I got my baked potato and there's no sour cream I ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato but got a chive baked potato

As a truck driver, it’s not easy, finding good quality food, friendly staff, calming and clean environment, clean bathrooms. The food was fantastic. I ordered a baked potato everything and a small chili ,added onions and cheese. The cheese is really stringy and a small Dr Pepper with ice.

Never had a baconator, looked very large so I went for the son of the baconator. Very disappointed. 1 piece of very thin bacon broken into 4 pieces, with 2 square rubbery beef patties, drowned in condiments. The only thing I could taste was the condiments! My chicken nuggets were cold, honey mustard tasted vinegary. French fries were hard and not hot! I am not in hurry to go back to Wendy's
Food was ice cold and improper packaging. I ordered a double biscuit and gravy and medium seasoned potatoes. The potatoes was cold, but the biscuits and gravy were iced cold and in a container that was way too small and the food was spilling out of the container.
Super expensive and food just slopped together. I wont go back.

Messed up the order when I called to talk to the manager they said they are too busy to deal with me and to go to the Wendy's website, well I called health inspector instead after what was found in food as well
