I was there for the first time yesterday. The food was amazing and I felt like I was returning home with the reception. My weekly route takes me by there now and you know I will budget the time to stop in. Great hot coffee and wonderful warm people.
The Ralston Corner Café, the heartbeat of Ralston.
The dilapidated remnants of buildings in Ralston remind me of a glacier, crumbling, melting, receding into oblivion. I bet if you pulled up a lawn chair on the sidewalk and patiently waited and watched, eventually you would see a brick or two crumble from an old building facade and roll into the street. Buildings are losing the battle against time. Decaying roofs succumb to the endless pull of gravity and disappear...

Stopped in this morning for breakfast, food was delicious, staff was friendly diner was clean. Had to chuckle at the conversation about how far people drive to eat there. They were talking about towns around them well you can add mountainview Arkansas to your list of towns traveled from. Will be back next time I am in the area!
