They were busy when I stopped here. So it took a while to get way down since they only have one person. Which wasn't a problem the reason for my low amount of stars I gave it. And the food looked really delicious. But when we got the hamburger so we ordered and started eating it the meat inside it tasted a little off couldn't quite tell like if it was just old like it been in a freezer before and then thawed out. Or it came from an old cow. But for some reason it didn't...
Howard's is a quaint little country café serving up breakfast anytime, juicy hamburgers, fried fish dinners, chicken fried steak and all the good comfort foods. A family can eat cheap. Friends can gather and visit. And dont leave without a big slice of pie! My fav is coconut cream!
Howard's is an old nondescript roadside building that's totally lacking anything that would get your attention, but I had an excellent breakfast at Howard's. Scrambled eggs were cooked just right. Not too soft or scorched. Hash browns were perfect, and biscuits and gravy were good. OJ was just OJ that goes well with breakfast. Interior atmosphere matches the exterior. There's a chalkboard listing specials for each day, and I'm looking forward to trying...
