Fatman tested, and Fatman approved!!!
This is a very small town eatery that serves up EXTREMELY nice staff, CLEAN restrooms, and some AWESOME tasting breakfast.
If I pass thru ringold, ok again, I will be stopping back. The ladies were very nice and really showed what good serves can be about.
We stopped here on our way home from Beaver Bend State Park. Everyone, employees, and patrons were all very nice. It reminded me of sitting in my granny's dining room eating her amazing home cooking! My favorite was the roast, cabbage, squash, and chocolate sheet cake. đ Thank you so much for a very yummy lunch!!!
A great little cafe with fantastic people working. Food was excellent. Prices are great too.
Amazing food! We love the family atmosphere.
This is a fantastic family owned restaurant đ The menu is basically any small town cafĂ© item list, and because it is a small town the food seems to be prepared with love like your own mother or grandmother made. I would recommend stopping if you are traveling Oklahoma highway 3 đ
Ringolds cafe is that small mom and pop you have always wanted to visit. I finally found the burger I've been looking for! You can really taste the passion for their craft and love in every bite. I was from out of town but felt like I was at home sitting in this booth. After ordering this for the second day in a row, I knew I was going to make the 200 mile trip again in the short future. Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you for the food. Thank you for the reason to come back!
Very cute cafe! Staff is friendly and the cafe is very clean. It has an old timer feel with all their family history photos. I highly recommend Ringold Cafe.

After reading these reviews I was excited to try this place out. It is seat yourself and you get to pick from six tables. Two of the tables were just two smaller tables pushed together. The waiter came up asked us what we wanted to drink. Brought our coffee (mine was in a chipped cup) and asked if we were ready to order. However...we had no menus. There was the powder creamer and I guess community sugar. The people behind us heard us ask for sugar and the waiter said it was somewhere. Most of the customers seemed to know each other and were friendly. Considering the group that came in had to sit with another group because there were no more tables. The customer even filled up my husband's cup. I finally ordered an omelet and he asked me how I wanted my eggs. After saying people had ordered omelettes all morning. Hubby and I waited about 45 minutes for our food. The whole time I was sitting there...I was thinking that this could be a scene from The Hills Have Eyes. It was dirty and rundown. However, the food was really good and the cook was nice to us when we were checking out. Which took a minute because there was nobody at the register and then the lady who came didn't even know what she was doing. I wish I would of read this kind of review before going. You're welcome.

if i could leave negetive stars i would, waited for almost an hour for food with only 1 other table filled, then the food came out cold because they have no idea how to fix more than one thing at a time. the cook , if thats what she was, i watched as she handled a hamburger bun without gloves or hairnet. but she simply didnt put it on the sandwich she repositioned it no fewer than 6 times without adding to or taking away anything. If your hungry keep going the 30 miles away to someplace that doesnt play patty-cakes with your buns....
Delicious food in Friendly people

Wanting a home cooked breakfast? This is the place. You cannot get more âhome cookedâ than this. Incredible!! May take some time because each plate is made from scratch but itâs worth it!

âNever judge a book by its coverâ
My wife and I stayed in the cabins down the road the weekend before Memorial Day weekend. We wanted to find a place for breakfast and decided on this place. Nothing particularly special on the outside or inside, but we were served by a young man who seemed modest. The menu was very simple, which I taken a liking to (most menus can be quite over bearing honestly). The atmosphere was quiet and secluded and the wait time for the food was a bit long.
Now to the best part. The food was, in the most simplest way to put it, pretty darn good! I ordered the biscuits and gravy breakfast which came with bacon and eggs, and topped it off with French toast. I can honestly tell you, this food is down home style, made from scratch, country cookin! Imagine going down to grandmas, and she decides to make breakfast from scratch. Nothing fancy, but the food is delicious. My wife had sausage and eggs. Eggs cooked right and the sausage, immaculate (crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside). The bacon was crispy and the French toast reminded me of how my grandmother would make it, as I put it. The food was well worth the wait, given it seemed like there was only one woman manning the kitchen. I wonât criticize the wait time for food made from scratch and made right! If I wanted an assembly line of cooks making sub par food, I wouldâve settled for IHOP. But this cafe was suitable enough me and my wife.
This does not seem like a full on âkid-friendlyâ establishment ie. not much on the menu for kids, as Iâm sure it is directed to deliver its food to the patrons staying in the cabins (which are aimed at adults wanting to get away), or the fine locals that live around those parts as well as hungry travelers. Unfortunately most kids may not find much enjoyment out of an old fashioned home style meal. But perhaps they might add more features to their menus for the kids.
This isnât IHOP, Cracker Barrel, or Waffle House. This is home made food at its finest. This may not be the cafe for everyone. But I think everyone should at least try this cafe at least once, if you happen to cross the area. My wife and I plan to visit again when we cross the area somewhere in the future. I will definitely give the other choices on the menu a try. Judging by the breakfast, Iâm hoping to settle in for a treat!
