Just stopped to get a snack while on our way to our destination. Everything was good, just a busy area (to be expected) because of being close to the highway. Service wasn't too bad, decent times, our snack was good and fresh and good time. I just feel Arby's in, general, could come down on their prices.

Arrived at 9: 27. The doors were locked. Nobody Was working in the Drive-Thru. Online and on their door it says they close at 10:00. Either the hours need changed, or they need to stay open until 10:00

Terrible service, waited for my food forever then it was wrong when it came out, and they said they were waiting on my chicken yet my chicken was cold no care in the way they wrapped it very sloppy. Very very disappointed.

The workers are like my family they are amazing! The Manager Skye or at least I think she is the manager and if not she should be promoted is the nicest person I have ever met! I have 3 Autistic sons my life is hard but not when it's an out to eat night at this particular Arby's! It's like a home away from home or even better because I don't have to cook! I think Skye needs a raise and some praise to be honest! I don't just say this because of how she treats us ... She is always cleaning and does a fabulous job running the place! When we go and she is off it's very different but they all still try! Point being Skye thank you for being such a wonderful person and it makes me never want to spend a night out to eat any where else love the Autism Mom

The stud who works the drive thru needs to adjust its attitude. The food is pretty good.

I went inside the lobby at 9:29 pm. I apologized profusely for coming in so close to closing time. The night manager Patricia went out of her way to let me know that I wasn't an inconvenience or bother to her our her other team members.My sandwich was hot and fresh as well. She offered me everything thing I might need as far as condiments extra napkins. And ALL with a genuine small and so friendly! When I got ready to leave,she wished me a Merry Christmas & happy holidays! She's a true GEM !! And definitely the smiling happy face I hope to see her next time I go in. Great job Patricia!!
