I went inside the lobby at 9:29 pm. I apologized profusely for coming in so close to closing time. The night manager Patricia went out of her way to let me know that I wasn't an inconvenience or bother to her our her other team members.My sandwich was hot and fresh as well. While the service and location were just fine, the food was another story. The double beef and cheddar was on special, including the meal deal, so I ordered it to go to eat in the car while I drove. Normally I enjoy Arby's as it's one of the better fast food options. Not today. There was more cheese and oily mess on the outside of the bun than inside.
