just horrible. lady up front just has no respect for the employees. she yells at them and bosses them around infront of everyone during buffet. and she always yells and grips about everything because the employees didn't do it perfectly she always finds something to complain about.

I would give the Roland Oklahoma a -5star if it were possible. The African American cashier shouts at the others employees pounds on the men’s room wall shouting out the other employees name demanding that he get out of the men’s room. Terrifying the much younger white male employee. Directly infront of the camera that WAS positioned above the door to the kitchen. The owner allows this type of behavior and encouraged this behavior I guess because she took down the camera and Bans honest customers from her specific owned Mazzio’s to keep the other customers from finding out how liable SHE is.

Driving through back to Texas and our kids were craving a buffet! We stopped here and had a great experience! From the kindness of the employees to the clean fresh food, it was a perfect lunch! Definitely recommend!

If you go, you have to get a calzone. I got a deep dish pizza and it was good, but the calzone was even better. Don't forget their homemade ranch with it. Next time I'm just gonna get multiple calzones
Despite being open till 9pm, at 7.30pm, as i was looking at the menu, an employee was placing plastic lids on the salad bar ingredient containers when i ordered the salad bar along with a meal. I was told that the bar was closed even though all the containers were still in the bar and the lettuce bowl had plenty. I walked out.

I usually like eating at Mazzios, and this was my first time in Roland, but went yesterday for the lunch buffet at 12:20 pm and they had 1 pizza on the buffet with about a dozen men waiting around for the pizzas to come out. 1pizza came out then 2 more right before we left at 1:15. I watched some of the guys leave with very little food to eat because they had to go back to work. the lady out front didn't seem concerned and the 2 people in the back were stuck in slow speed. for the price we got very little food to eat. not impressed at all with Mazzios in Roland. I've worked in a pizza place years ago, this would not have been acceptable. The buffet was not worth the price, should have ordered out own pizza but needed to go to work so couldn't.
