Pizza Hut has an online app that allows making orders online. The app shows this location is closed and making orders to be picked up isn’t available at this location. This has been an ongoing problem and the manager says he has no control over it. If I have to make an order by coming by or by phone I’ll go elsewhere.

I preordered my pizza two days in advance for a New Year’s Eve party at my house with scheduled pickup/carryout at Pizza Hut in Roland, Oklahoma at 7PM. I didn’t leave with my order until almost 9PM. When I got home with my pizza it was cold and three of the pizzas were made incorrectly. It was a terrible experience and will be contacting the manager. I don’t like to complain but this was a terrible experience with half of my get together at my house leaving before I even made it home with the COLD pizza.

Love the cookie and pasta but lately pastas been so drie online ordering messes up all the time I lose out on my rewards points that I use I order a lot from here always spend up to 50 dollars so there sites should be working or add my rewards points but they can’t do anything about that other then that they got bad at time frame delivery getting better

Hairs in the pizza!!!!!!!!
Ordered a pizza here last night around 7pm so they weren’t fixing to close. I got it delivered and when we opened the box there was a pinch of small black hairs on the pizza. You can use your imagination to where I’m guessing they came from. Will never order from a Pizza Hut again. Terrible experience

Placed order online for delivery and received the confirmation notifications. 10 minutes later I received another update that they sent my order to a 3rd party delivery service to make the delivery faster and more efficient. That in deed did not happen. An hour after placing my order which was originally supposed to be delivered with 25 to 30 minutes, my order was still is the preparing stage on my wait bar and I had to reach out in regards to what was going on. They ended up canceling the 3rd party delivery and within another 10 or so minutes our order was finally delivered. Food was warm, and taste was okay, but I think if a company is going to relay on 3rd party deliveries, they need to follow up to make sure the quality of service being provided is worthy of using for the customer they are choosing to use it for.

Everyone here is so nice! Marissa is the sweetest! I know it’s a chain restaurant but they really go above and beyond here. Also they as super nice to doordashers!

It was good all except for they didn't get one pizza which was the only Pizza that needed stuffed crust they made all three hand tossed Pizza
Twice I have ordered and got cold pizza. I ordered today and they said it would be 25minutes to be delivered I waited one hour and called back they cancelled my order
Worst pizza we ever had! Definitely not the same as the Hut in Ontario Canada, sorry! Fed to our doggos
They take to long to make the food and as a door dasher we have to get the food out but they take there time then when the people get there food its not right and I hope they don't try to say I dont know what am talking about because I do my husband used to work at this place and didn't work here long because of what was going on and Manger wanted me to pay for someone else food and no thats not happening so he had to deliver it his self got butt hurt and fixed it where I cant pick up orders here am ok with this wrong Decision he said he lost 250.00 dollars in pizza 🍕 I had 6 orders no I only had two they need to back track and see what his deal is and he is very rude and hateful and he didn't lose no money because they was paid for he needs to get his stoy right and there all the time out of stuff what Business like this place run out of cheese and ranch just asking
