The sandwiches are spot on. Their cookies are so soft and delicious ?. They are the bomb. The staff are always courteous and friendly. As far as the atmosphere, the place is kinda small.
Sent out two sandwiches that was waiting for an hour to be picked up by door dash since that's who they partner with ( I had no idea they were partnered with door dash) . Couldn't even eat the sandwiches because 1. They were sitting out for an hour and it's lunch meat.2. I was afraid they messed with our food because of how rude the owner was to me .I contacted door dash because she (the owner) told me that's what I had to do before telling me to figure it out myself because she likes to emphasize her words but doesn't like it when someone emphasizes their words in Response , well door dash told me the store is the one who has to refund me and being a business owner she knew that but didn't want to give me a refund for over an hour old sandwiches and I have time stamps for it all since I used the app and they send emails when the time has expanded two times and each time it's 30 minutes. Pick up time was 5:23 we didn't get our sandwiches till 6:26. So no refund or sandwiches because no one wants to get sick ...so we made French toast ...which costs us 28.83 .......It's the fact they sent out lunch meat sandwiches after they have sat out for an hour!!! Not a sorry for your inconvenience or anything.

Slow as possible and it's like they do it on purpose not really sure I ordered ahead and still took 30 minutes to get here Bec I knew they slow now 45 minutes in and still not ready God it's like expecting the police to serve and protect ain't none of them doing nothing except what they want fire all these

I’m am immobile at this time , and no matter how busy Roland Ok. Subway is, they bring my subs out curbside!! Always exactly right!!!
