Nobody takes your order. Have to use a kiosk. If you need reading glasses and don't have them it's a BIG friggin hassle
I eat Taco Bell frequently, I travel the US with work and Taco Bell is common most everywhere... That being said, twice this weekend I've ordered green chili queso and chips, the first time nothing was said about not having it, although I PAID for it, the second time they charged my card for it, but then told me that they don't carry it at the Roland Taco Bell.. umm then WHY take my money twice, and why not tell me that the first night so I wouldn't pay for it a second time? 2.49 x 2 may not seem like much to most folks but I work hard for my money ... Do better Taco Bell
My husband and I love going to get lunch and dinner here.
I don't understand why I paid so much for my meal when I'm forced to use a kiosk to order through. I did half of your employees job and it cost me 20 bucks. For 1 person. Ignorant
The nachos that I bought tonight were half the size of the ones I bought on previous visits. I couldn’t believe it when I saw my order. Not cool.

Taco Bell, in general, seems to get fast food Tex-Mex right. Always hits the spot and service is quick and friendly usually.

bro got onto me like a child for paying with a 100 dollar bill not my fault u dont have change not my job either ur the one working for taco bell not me and stop giving me empty broken tacos man thats trash. owner needs to talk to staff on how to treat the customer maybe get rid of a few going to be taking a break from going here and we ate there probably 3-5 times a week spending 30 bucks each time

Whoever was working the drive-thru intercom on 8/27/24 at 5:10 has an attitude problem. There was no one else in the drive thru other than me and I asked for a few more minutes to read the menu and I guess she thought her headset was off but it wasnt and i heard mumbled gosh hurry up and when I got to the window she kept side eyeing me. Probably shouldn't be working customer service with that attitude.

Rude and inconsiderate, they always make my gf feel self conscious because they laugh when they open the window and it seems they don't know how to make a smothered burrito. Worse taco bell I've ever been to.

I’ve never been so dissatisfied in a fast food restaurant service I do not recommend to anyone the employees are just a bunch of kids with no training and they are just there to get there paycheck and go home.
