The two ladies at Taco Bell on 32nd St and okmulgee in Muskogee, Ok who were working by themselves late this past wknd (beginning of Nov 2023) and they get better service than I've received when there's an entire crew! I wish I would have got their names so that I could give a more personal shout out and well-deserved praise for giving me hot nacho fries, and we're just super awesome

i got off of work and decided to go to taco bell otw home i ordered ahead me thinking it'd be easier on the workers instead of me speaking through the 1990 intercom i ordered a chalupa (ckn)and a burrito with sour cream my chalupa didn't have any chicken and my burrito was straight sour cream the store is ran by hs dropouts that have no future lol

They turn the lights all out to make it look closed at night and never cook anything because "fryers and grills are not working"
if I could put no stars I definitely would, I use to eat Taco Bell all the time while I was pregnant with my daughter and I never got sick, recently the drive thru men who work night shifts have been Smart Alec’s but that’s everywhere now, we also got food poisoning from there I got it three times! I’m now sick, my kid, husband bc of it with really sharp pain and throwing up something needs to be done about the food and this is not the first time like I’ve said I will never come back there to eat again!

The self order machines at the register is ridiculous... But the staff was good and the food was Taco Bell. But THE OWNER/GM ruined my experience. I'm eating in the lobby and this dude comes in, talks to the staff for a second, and then sits down and starts having business conversations on speaker phone in the quiet lobby... extremely unprofessional and annoying. One, I shouldn't have to listen to you telling people "People quit stores, not people" and other cliches loudly while I am trying to enjoy my meal. Secondly, how unprofessional to have your subordinates on speaker when conducting business. I won't be back here, but ONLY because I don't want to support such a poor leader and someone who doesn't value his guests. To the two ladies that were working, great job and thanks.
