Has been a great experience up till this point.
Been eating here for over a year.
Normally order through app, this time however I was told my order wouldn't be completed because the grill was down for cleaning.
Not a issue.

Refused to serve me because their drive through “drive through is too long” yet there’s only 2 cars out there. If you can’t handle a 2 car rush, please

Understaffed. Refused service to me at the front when I was the only one in the line, because their drive through is backed up. I’m sorry but the manager needs to hire more people or move along. Fast food restaurants aren’t supposed to take hours or be closed because their drive through is long.

The kids menu has fun options that children actually enjoy.
Walked inside to place my order after driving all day and loading 3 trucks besides mine to be ignored. They walked right past me and acted like I wasn't even there. They only cared about the drive through. The manager even took a order at the counter for the drive through after I was standing there for what felt like 10 minutes. I guess she wanted to prove a point that we truckers aint worth the dirt we walk on. Maybe I'll be worthy to eat your food in the morning when I get up from taking my rest break

Just a heads up.. if no one is in the drive thru but yourself.. they will make you drive back around if your food isn’t ready. It was the strangest thing because the 40 seconds it took us.. our food was ready. We laughed and said we could have sat here and she said no. It was so weird. Didn’t understand it. Made NO sense.
