Curious Excitement
It really is hit and miss lately, shakes and chili cheese vary from different workers, prices change too, not what posted...I've kinda stopped going ... when they do it right it's Great, corn dogs are over priced ...a few things are... but worth a stop in for burger, good luck on how old fries are. Staff is friendly.

I was not happy about this place at all, I brought my two daughters with me to here and none of us liked their food, it was pretty terrible, which I thought was crazy because while we sat there forever waiting outside the little walk up business at the picnic tables outside as there is no inside dining for customers, I saw that there was a lot of business that came and went, but as I watched business while I sat waiting I noticed that every body knew everyone else and that almost everyone that came through there wasn't getting a meal , most were getting drinks and something small. Anyways, the prices are outrageous and I'm not sure what the big deal is about this place is although I'm sure it has a lot to do with small town support because it's probably been there for 50 years or more ,and let me say the place looks like it's been there longer than that, inside and out, it could use cleansing on the inside, but I'm sure it's because there's not much choices here in Salina and its like a hip spot for kids and young people to go, but not me, they will not get my business anymore. I'm sorry and hate to leave such a bad review but the young girls working there were not happy to be there working and it showed and the food was expensive and terrible, I'm sorry, I'm new around here but I'll just wait to eat out until I'm in Tulsa running around. Last thing, I'm sorry, but please switch your chili out, use a different brand , that's probably the most important thing I could say would help, because that stuff was like straight burnt grease ?.
Man, oh man, was this place delicious! The burgers were juicy and scrumptious, they were devoured quickly (in silence - which is always a good sign when eating good food) and were amazing to the last bite. The tater tots and curly fries were on point! The food and service were top notch!!

So we hunt near the little community of Salina, OK. And we used to frequently stop at another local burger place. But that place lost our business for quality reasons. So we stopped at the Dairy Deal. Let me tell you it was so good! Our burgers were hot and juicy, so delicious. The fries were fresh, ice cream was so good. It's now our go to place to eat when we're in the area. I would like to see them put some umbrellas out or something over the picnic benches though. Just to get out of the sun or rain. Because it's so enjoyable sitting out eating your very good burger!
