Do not go here. Placed an order at the counter, brought food out 35 minutes later. It was missing 1 item and they took all the food back. Waited 20 more minutes and they had misplaced our entire order and had no food ready. Couldn’t get the amount to reconcile on our invoice. Finally just gave us a refund and said good luck over an hour later because they messed up the order.

5 stars for an A&W may see odd since they don’t have the absolute best food around, but it nails all the expectations of a fast food burger place. Also has Long John Silver’s which meets all expectations there. The Root Beer Float in a cold glass mug is the best reason to go. (Sallisaw, OK location)

Staff is nice and aren't angry at you when you're taking your time. I used to live by an a&w 18 years ago in Texas and miss it. I cross state borders to go to this one since it's closest to me now. If you ask to get a rootbeer in a frosted mug they'll do it.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Most of the employees are friendly, some not so much. Food is usually always fresh depending on who is working. Other time's its greasy and can tell it's been there for a while. Tea is usually good. Restaurant is usually clean this day not so much & the bathrooms the last few times I was there was dirty. But otherwise it's a 9/10 most days.
I got food poisoning after eating some of the food and I've heard from at least 5 different people that they've also gotten food poisoning from this location. Food was tasty but made me vomit profusely.
