This place is a magical find. It's sustainable, health conscious, and alternative.I walked past and saw some familiar life giving products such as CALM magnesium and a shelf of essential oils. I decided to go inside. They have a beautiful assortment of bulk food, spices, medicinal products, seeds, body care, and healthy frozen foods. I was greeted by the owner Brian. Him and his wife opened the place after they transformed her health with healthy dietary changes.They also offer lunch specials and coffee.They also have a restroom in case you needed to know that. ????

A rare find in the middle of OK. Shelley has the best of the best for healing your body naturally without having to run the doctor. Also has a wonderful cross section of healthy and organic foods. I am from the NorthEast and I am vegetarian and I always have a heck of a time eating while out of my element. Shelley and her staff are very helpful and always have a great lunch menu. I was so delighted to find her and her warm and thoughtful staff. I cannot say enough. Go and see for yourself —after all, healthy food is the best medicine.
