First time in years since I had a Pizza Hut pizza. I visited the restaurant today in Sallisaw, Ok.(12/02/2024) The staff was ok. but the girl taking my order appeared to not know what she was doing, I was very patient and understanding with her as she might be new. The supreme pizza tasted nasty almost sickening. The bread sticks was tough to eat. I will never go back and eat Pizza Hut pizza again.

Can’t even call the store to place an order if the online ordering is down. The number listed will take you to a call center and they can’t take an order either if the online system is down. They won’t transfer you to the actual store. Guess my business will now be going somewhere else since the human factor is taken out of this place.

Rude. Interrupts you while trying to order over the phone because the APP doesn't ever work for me. I cannot use my points now which means I have to pay extra. I get tired of customer service being an impossible goal for everyone anymore. It's exhausting trying to keep your cool because the representative can't understand that stupid is as stupid does honey and I promise shutting your mouth will get you further in life if you want to keep your job afloat. Care about your job! Want people to feel heard, appreciate the customer because that's your paycheck babe. Think management, would you want your mother, sister, grandmother, cousin, best friend, disrespected like they do at this location? Undercooked pizza I have accepted here and had to cook again once home. Would this be the food you'd want to serve them? Then WHY CAN'T WE FIGURE OUT THE RESPECT, GOOD SERVICE, GOOD FOOD AND GOOD REVIEWS STARTS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT, THE TRAINING and ACCEPTANCE FROM MANAGEMENT!

Ate here twice a few months ago when it first opened and service was terrible. Almost didn't try it again, but glad I did because it has improved drastically and is very good now....pizza hut has always been a favorite
