Sherry’s Farmhouse Kitchen

My husband and I were stranded in Sallisaw over the weekend on our way to Fayetteville for a few hours! We had both breakfast and lunch, and I loved everything. I am quite picky about how my bacon is cooked and it was perfect! I even ordered an extra serving. My husband said that the pancakes were only second to mine, which is fair praise indeed - I do make really good pancakes!! If I am ever in the area again, I will of course stop by. Also, Ms. Sherry was so sweet to us, and the entire staff was helpful & friendly! Great experience!!

The Red Rooster and The Barn were both yummy. excellent sausage plenty of food Great waitress give them a try! Variety of menu items. Next time we may try the HUGE cinnamon rolls or a piece of pie with mile high meringue! Just passin through....great choice!

I ordered a kitty chicken dinner and requested it be overcooked, even burnt a little... It is undercooked! I call and call and no one answers the phone. This is the second time of getting undercooked chicken. This place was great when it first opened but it's REALLY went downhill. From the poor quality food, over priced and the staff are rude and don't care about your table, they want to talk and chit chat to the regulars and ignore everyone else. I'll never give them my money again!

We were hungry and passing thru so we decided to stop and eat. This place rocked. Fresh, large portions and a friendly staff. The servings were hot and huge. We had eaten at Waffle House the morning before and this place ended up cheaper.
