The evening shift service and food is terrible. 3 days in 2 weeks everyone's rude, Foods never right, foods taste like ass and have to repeat my order 1000x. Don't recommend. Day time is good. Won't be going back after 2pm.

I love sonic but I have a bad experience every time I always have to take my food back because my order wasn’t right and I feel bad and hate to but i always am very nice and friendly to them regardless and tell them thanks for fixing it but this time really just aggravated me more than it should because I was on lunch ordered my food get home and it’s wrong called to let them know hoping to get it fixed and the phone isn’t working or seems busy like the calls not going through so I can’t get it fixed and now I try calling them again today and same thing so how am i supposed to get ahold of them besides going down there which is aggervating because I feel like I’m being a problem but I wish they would pay closer attention especially because it was an online order it’s just becoming more of an inconvenience at this point why do I want to spend my money at a place that doesn’t seem to care about the customers I was excited and talked my self into going just to be disappointed and now ig I’m screwed and wasted my money really sucks .

Your guys new groovy fries are absolutely horrible, need to go back to the old fries they are much better in every aspect. Crinkle fries are literally bottom tier of all the fries and every time I come through the service sucks and is super slow. Workers are always rude and food has been unbearable the last few times I have come through. DO BETTER!!! And bring back the old fries!
