Every time I go to Sonic I order the same thing, a junior deluxe hamburger with no cheese, mayo, or ketchup, and with easy mustard. The last three times it's had ketchup on it. I deliberalptly asked the one taking the order to put "no ketchup" on the order. She refused saying it didn't come with ketchup. When I got the order, the buns were cold and it was drowning in ketchup. When I asked for a refund, the carhop who was covered in face piercings, said to not come back. So, lose a customer because leaving ketchup off a burger is too complicated.

Sonic was decent—burgers were juicy and tots crispy and my drink had a great flavor. Service was friendly, fast, & always great. Great place for a quick snack or late-night treat, whether it is after a ballgame or just a quick snack.

If you're in a hurry for a quick snack don't go here. Had an extra 10 minutes before I needed to clock in and was gonna get breakfast. #18. French Toast Sticks and a Med Dr. Pepper. Watched my stall screen show the progress. Updated to on it's way, carhop delivered to another car and my screen reset. Not even trying to be a dick here, but still... Waited 15 minutes. Didn't get my food. Prolly watched it get delivered to another car. The only reason I didn't make a scene is because I was paying with Cash. Won't stop there again.

I bought a small cookie dough sonic blast and all I got was a cup of vanilla ice cream with maybe six small pieces of cookie dough at the top. The ice cream itself was good, but where did the cookie dough go??
Why is it so hard to make a strawberry lemonade that doesn't taste like water? I'm paying $3 for a medium. Sonic is a rip off

Not horrible food wise when you get all your food…. They always forgot the sauces, they’ve forgotten our groovy fries several times, so many times to the point we don’t order them anymore. As it is a waist of money. Car hops often have bad attitudes. They do okay with drinks/shakes thankfully, but anything more than that good luck to you.
