Fries and tots are always soggy for some reason. And half the time the store only has one girl working which is abuse in my opinion. At least 4 stalls broke at all times. Things would also go a lot smoother if someone would start delegating better. And the managers pull over time. It's common sense in any business.
Don’t have a problem with the food really, besides tots and fries are always cold. I don’t know if they even serve hot french fries. I order on the app just 2 drinks and it takes 15 mins or longer to get them. By the time I get them they are watered down. The progress bar at the bottom of the screen also means nothing.
