They are so slowwwwwwww, they don’t pay attention to people in the drive thru and the speaker doesn’t even work. I’ve waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru and there was only 1 car in front of me. ALSO since I had to wait so long my food was soggy

The worker doesn't listen to what u say , put cheese on my sandwich when I said no cheese, didn't even notice till I left cause it was the same color as the turkey. Then I asked her to put extra mayo and the mayo bottle was pretty much empty squeezing air and she just left it as that.

I travel a lot. In the Midwest, the people love subways. I see people buying 6 or more at a time. Before I had to wait 30 minutes to place my order. In a town with 143 people.

I pulled in the drive thru at 11:23. I ordered my food at 11:36. At 11:46 I drove away without my food. Understaffed. Not the employees fault, maybe the management needs to schedule better or hire more employees. It's better to be over staffed then under.

If I could rate this a zero I would!! the employees are so rude and answer saying “what do you want?” Or nothing at all. For the last three times I’ve went I’ve found hair in my sandwich! They take forever when there is no line. If your wanting to go to subway there is a Walmart with a subway inside right beside this one that is so much better.

When we had first walked in the worker making our sandwiches did not have gloves on but once they seen us and then went to put gloves on, and the overall customer service was not good, they didn’t greet us when we walked in and barely said anything the whole time it was very awkward.

They didn’t put cheese on my subs and I went back and when I told them they opened the subs at the window and went thru my sandwiches with no gloves on… right at the window…argued that the mayonnaise on my sandwich was cheese, called me a liar and told me they would not remake my sandwiches or give me my money back and slammed the doors in my face. I then sat in the drive thru and called the police, while I was on the phone with the police the worker threw my money out the window. I won’t ever go back. I’ll go inside Walmart instead.
