Kiosk only means I am not eating there. If other Taco Bells do this then I can live without TB . Only if I get a discount will I take own Order. If I made my own taco it would save you money too. I left and ate at another restaurant and they took my order

Went through the drive thru at 10:16 an the girl working the window was so rude to me. She opened the window said 6 an thats all she said to me. I asked can I get hot and mild sauce the girl just shuts the window an walks away and a male worker brings me my food. Thats not good customer service at all. I barely eat here as is an this just makes me not want to come back.

Will NEVER patronize this location again. I ordered a burrito supreme without beans, they gave me a BOB, at higher cost than what I wanted. The Manager, if you will, said that's what it is....then, a medium tea, was charged 3.29...... I kept the receipt if you want to see it. Please send me the name and contact for a regional manager, owner, or franchisee... absolutely ridiculous, even the guy making the food was surprised...good grief, get your shit together. You want a picture of the receipt? Tell me where to send it. WELL? YOU GOING TO SEND ME THE CONTACT INFORMATION I ASKED FOR?
