Missing over $10 worth of a $57 order! Expected the food I ordered to be in the bag considering that is their job. By time I made it back to the store they were already closed.. so can’t get my money back or my food at this point.

Will NEVER patronize this location again. I ordered a burrito supreme without beans, they gave me a BOB, at higher cost than what I wanted. The Manager, if you will, said that's what it is....then, a medium tea, was charged 3.29...... I kept the receipt if you want to see it. Please send me the name and contact for a regional manager, owner, or franchisee... absolutely ridiculous, even the guy making the food was surprised...good grief, get your shit together. You want a picture of the receipt? Tell me where to send it. WELL? YOU GOING TO SEND ME THE CONTACT INFORMATION I ASKED FOR?

when my family and i first walked in, the girl who was supposed to be taking our order was on her phone on a phone call. then someone else had to take our order, which was fine. however, they messed up my meat and cheese only taco by putting lettuce on it, which would have been fine if they fixed it correctly the second time. i politely told them i ordered a meat and cheese only doritos taco and they gave me a regular one by accident, the same girl who was on her phone proceeded to kinda brush me off and give me a doritos taco with meat cheese and lettuce when i specifically said meat and cheese only. as a fellow customer service worker, pls do better!
