I really can't tell you about the atmosphere because I always it was always a takeout or delivered. The burgers are made the way the customer wants them That's Great. If you've never tried it I recommend it

I normally love Whataburger, but the new one in Sallisaw needs to send their staff to Texas for training! Our order was wrong, not made to order. Food was cold and friendly complained the chicken stripe were half the size of other stores with bad gravy. I always get a #4 with extra jalapeño and mustard( both were missing)🙁 Will stick to Muskogee store.

We came through late one night and tried to do a online order but couldn't get it to go through so went inside to order and card still wouldn't work (and there was $ on it) and the manager didn't get his name came out of the back and bought our food ! Which was delicious , thank you to the night manager .
