It was the most disappointing meal we have had in a very long time! Ordered on the app, waited almost 10 minutes, food was ice cold, no flavor, it was horrible!
It's fine as far as Arby's goes, but I always feel like I'm bothering the staff just by showing up, like they're annoyed to have customers.

My husband went through the drive through. Got potato cakes 3 piece. They were not hot or warm. They were cold ? Mozzarella stick were barely warm. Absolutely horrible
