Food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up the employee put his hands on his head like it was a problem. I would have been happy with them just reheating it but the other employee said I'm sure he'll remake your order.

Stopped at the Joplin Mo Billy Sims at 12:45 for 1/2 of pound of sliced brisket. The they at the drive through was very rude. And informed me they had just done a big catering and had no sliced brisket. Isn’t that your business?
How does a place that’s main menu idea brisket and they are out? Other brisket place was happy to take my money.

Not much to complain about. It’s a Fast Food BBQ food chain (think McDonald’s serving BBQ). Delicious, friendly staff, not super healthy, but worth it 💯

Apparently if they have to try to serve 2 people at once it's impossible. Bald guy with a beard apparently doesn't take the orders only passes food thru the window. He tried passing it off to the guy with the freckles who along with the older gentleman with glasses were trying to get the food together. Point is if there is one person in the drive thru good luck getting service inside

Very pleasantly surprised! Everyone I know says Billy Sim’s is overpriced and not very good. I decided to give it a try, as I’ve wanted to for so long but was scared I’d be disappointed. I got a $10 sandwich (The Triple 20) and a side of the beans. When I tell you it was so good, I mean it! The sandwich was full of meat. The BBQ sauce was perfectly sweet and smoky. The beans were to die for. Everything was boxed up nicely and wasn’t slung all over the place. I highly recommend eating here and although it was my first trip, it definitely won’t be my last!

We used the drive-through and got the daily special, which on that day was pulled pork. Delish! I had the mac and cheese as a side, and it was very good also. I wouldn't stop you if you said you were going there. But I might ask you to pick me something up!
They have gotten really stingy with barbecue sauce and raised the prices. Not sure I would recommend or return!
