I ordered ahead and still waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through. When I finally reached the window, there was no acknowledgment, even though my mobile order was visible. I overheard employees talking about not making eye contact so they wouldn’t have to acknowledge customers. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing—by far the worst Dutch Bros experience I’ve ever had.

I come every morning before work and the girls are amazing. They work hard and fast even when it’s just two of them and they are completely slammed. They are so sweet and great with their customers. I would never go anywhere else.!!!!!

My niece and I always stop to get a coffee on our way out of town.. This visit we stopped at the one in Sand Springs. I always order a small sugar-free mocha with protein milk and extra ice. I don't know if the locations make their drinks differently but we normally buy our coffee at the one in Sapulpa. The one we got in Sand Springs definitely did not taste the same as the one I get in Sapulpa.. And when we made sure our order was the same as it was when we gave it to the gentleman standing outside they acted confused about mine being sugar-free.. They said the one they gave me with sugar-free but I'm not convinced! We love Dutch Brothers but we will probably stick to the one in Sapulpa.

You can order whatever you want, but they'll give you what they feel like giving you. Order it half sweet? Who cares, they dont. Ask for oat milk? Who cares, you get breve. Its always something with this location, combine that with the city being so slow with construction, and there are better options.

45 minutes in a drive thru line with 3 other people is absolutely wild. It would be quicker to drive to Tulsa and back than to sit here. I wholeheartedly regret coming here. Coffee is still good though.

My girlfriend likes their drinks but they are ALWAYS ALWAYS incredibly slow. If you have the time it's worth it. Management needs to impress a sense of urgency to their work. 10am in a Tuesday and the walk up window trash can is overflowing.
