I rarely write reviews and I debated on writing one or not. If you don't know there is a problem you can't fix it.
I love Dutch Bros. I think they are way better than Starbucks. I tell everyone to go there and I have never had a problem until yesterday.
They made my order wrong. No big deal. As they were fixing it the lady told me they were gonna have to up-charge me cause I wasn't charged correctly. Asked why it cost more than what I usually pay and she said she didn't make the prices. I asked when the prices went up and she said she didn't know. You work here and you don't know your prices? She told me I was being rude and she didn't have to deal with me. When my drink was ready she set it down on the counter, walked away and didn't tell me it was mine. I asked if it was mine and she said, "Yes, have a day!" What does "have a day" even mean? Either way I said, "Thank you! You too!"

Love Dutch, but somebody is being greedy. The staff is always working hard, but there's 3 people or less. That's too few, and not normal for a dutch. Expect to wait 30 minutes trapped in line. Or better yet, hire 2 more people. Do that, and this place would be golden.

Great coffee and great staff but sloowwwww service. I have waited 45 min in line with 8 cars in front of me. Love the coffee so much but wait was unbearable.

The order ahead is pointless. On average it will take up to 45 minutes to make 2 drinks. The drive thru line will see 20 people before they make an order ahead drink. They will forget to give you your drink and let it sit even after you ask they seem like it’s the very first time they’ve heard of it. If you order on the app they will not include certain things and say “well we can’t refund you” Absolutely refuse to go here anymore. Save your money or set an hour aside to get some drinks

I like their coffee! But I waited in the drive through over 30 minutes this morning for a coffee. The wait time has been ridiculous lately at every Dutch Bros I have been to.

The cold drink options are fantastic! But hot drinks? They are terrible! Luke warm at best as they are too busy trying to rush thru the line that we wait 30 plus minutes for everyday!

I truly do not like giving bad reviews but I feel like people need a heads up. We have given multiple chances but it has consistently been the slowest coffee shop we have ever been to. And the coffee itself is hit and miss at best. Easily 30 minutes in line with only a few cars in front of us each time.

Got in line at 430pm behind 4 other people, 3 others behind me backed out of the drive through lane and left, many people walked up to the counter while I was stuck in the drive through lane placed orders and left. We arrived at the window to place an order at 530pm. 1hr to get to the window is a bit much.
Got in line at 7:40 did not leave until 8:35 kind of crazy you can’t turn around anywhere or get out of line

This Dutch Bros Location is absolutely terrible due to it being so slow. Waiting 30 mins at the walk up window for a single drink is beyond ridiculous. There were 6 HS kids inside and only 1 of the 6 was actually working and making drinks. Wow.

When I say this place is slow I mean it is SLOW, slowest service I've ever had, the drinks are good but not good enough for me to wait an hour and a half in line for ONE drink and it not like you can just drive off either, you have to wait in line because of the way the drive thru is designed unless you hop the curbs so needless to say I won't be back there unless they can make there service faster🤷♀️
