Did not have a great experience with the food or the service provided but I want to give a shout out to their manager Maggie with the issues we had she came out to talk to us and she was so professional and kind she went above and beyond to make sure we left happy and that she did you could tell she cares about the happiness of her customers!!

Came back on 12/25. Better experience. Gained a star
Butter, Eggs, hashbrowns have little to no flavor. Bacon was raw but tasted like bacon. Portions for hashbrowns were sad!! Eggs were all broke. Toast and meal was cold. It looks good for pictures but it's misleading . Spent 30+ bucks before tip. Waitress was nice. Guy in blue button down shirt dropped creamers unopened and just kicked under the table by a ladies feet. Just disappointing

Once again, we have come to IHOP for christmas brunch. We do it every year. This year we had Sandy, who is the best server we have ever had. She was extremely attentive, polite and fast.

Last weeky my wife and I went into this location and was seated right away. The waitress came over took our order and when our food came out they brought my wife's order. I figured mine was coming right behind but it never showed up. The waitress never checked on us until she brought us our check with both meals on it. I told her I never got my food and she seemed confused and checked and said I guess I forgot to put in your order. We paid for my wife's order and left. Tonight we went back thinking the last experience was just an accident. Well tonight it wasn't very busy yet it took about 15 minutes to be seated. The waiter asked what we wanted to drink and about 20 minutes later he brought us our waters. He said if no one comes and takes your order I will be back in a few minutes to take it. 3 other tables were seated and their orders were taken and me and my wife were never waited on. Between the water and hoping someone would take our order we waited roughly 45 minutes then left. This was the 2nd bad experience we've had at this location in 2 weeks. Doubtful we will be going back any soon.

It’s an ihop. Usually, the food is pretty good, but the later you come, the worse the service is. If you have a choice, try to get a male server. We have been here for an hour and have seen our server three times: once to take our order, once to deliver our food, and once to bring us the check. She forgot to put in part of our order, so I had to grab her attention to get it made to go. They are vaping in the back and talking about it loud enough to hear on the floor. Last time we came, the younger guy with the afro had to help us check out. He seems to be trying to be a good server. The server took our card for checkout, and a woman (a server or her friend) leaned over the counter with her phone out while holding our bank card. It felt extremely shady.

This IHOP truly treated us like royalty . From the moment we walked in, the service was above and beyond—so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They even went out of their way to decorate with a gingerbread theme to match the Tulsa Christmas parade, which was such a thoughtful touch. All month in December they’re running a special from 4–10 with an adult purchase kids eat FREE!, and the cinnamon pancakes were the perfect addition to get us fully into the holiday spirit. It honestly felt like a little Christmas reward just for showing up. This place didn’t just serve food—they made us feel celebrated.

I haven't been to I-HOP in a long time. I had a sausage, hash browns and cheese omelette with a side of link sausage. Shelley was excellent and took great care of us.

They really don't even deserve a full star but I didn't have another option,I feel like they falsely reeled me in with a awesome menu and plenty of employees but it was like no one really except one girl that wasn't even our waitress asked us if we needed anything to drink and to see if we had been helped,I used to love this place and was a frequent customer but the last 4 times I've been it's been a wreck and they expected you to leave a large tip for bad service with small food portions

The worst I Hop I have ever had! We ordered three build your own omelets at 11:37pm on 11-20-25
I received several tomatoes with the stem still in them! The fruit cups were already going bad! The pineapple was turning brown! We live in Prue, so we were not aware of the crap food you people gave us! This was the first and last time we will go to this I Hop!

I would give them a zero if it was available. I was seated promptly as there were very few people. I sat for 15 minutes and no one approached me, not even for a drink order. Three or four other family groups came in, were seated, and their drink order was taken right away and had begun getting their drinks. I finally left. The servers were talking about between themselves. This restaurant needs better supervision and service. No wonder it was nearly empty at 8:30 on a Saturday.

Sat for 20 minutes or more. With no service. Not even take our order. On top of that extremely strong odor of weed coming from the kitchen.
