Little Caesars Pizza

Went to the drive thru and the guy never greeted me, just stared at me like a zombie. Then I ask for a specific pizza, and it seemed like the cashier put the pizza he wanted so I would bring it back. My order was completely wrong. And I didn’t get my refund back on my card. Worst location ever. They stole my money and never refunded me back. This location sucks.

I was there for about an hour waiting for a pizza that's ridiculous, they need to hire some better help maybe pay their staff a little better

The pizza is decent when they actually have some. It’s advertised as a Hot and Ready location but apparently they don’t do that here. It’s been several years since we’ve been able to pick up a pizza that’s ready. I’ve also been told that they have nothing ready when I can see multiple boxes in the warmers. Of course that could be for orders but why advertise as a Hot and Ready location when you’re obviously not? Why did y’all stop making pizzas? We’ve also been completely ignored in both the drive thru and the lobby when the employees didn’t feel like working that day. They just never came to help us and stayed in the back. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to and it’s not just an occasional thing, it’s an every time thing lately over the past few years. They just don’t care. I sure miss the Stillwater and Owasso locations! They were great and always had hot pizza ready to go.

Advertises hot and ready. Never has anything ready. Last time had to wait 20 minutes. Today was told 45 minutes. People dont come here great pizza. They come here for fast pizza which apparently you can't get.

They Are Always So Rude Customer Service Isn't Good At All & Several Times My Pizza Was Raw In My Opinion The Toppings Slide Right Off And They Try And Argue With Me & Tell Me It's Not Raw & They Always Put To Much Salt On The Pretzel Pizza To Where It's To Hard To Eat I've Had Several Bad Experiences Won't Be Going Back I'll Drive Further Out For A Different Location Or Just Not At All

The brownie is not worth $5 don’t get them.

The store is currently 91° at 5:29 pm June 21st while it is 97° outside. The staff is cussing at customers about how he doesn't know what's going on and doesn't know why he's there. The gm is like outside on the phone. Now two staff members walked outside to find something. Very unprofessional experience.

The call center sucks but Carla I’m assuming the manager is freaking amazing!!! Katie is awesome!! I hope they can keep these two ladies for a while!!! The wait time is a little longer than expected but it’s not to bad when you have the amazing ladies that try to make their customers happy.
