Little Caesars Pizza

I paid 8 bucks for a pizza on Friday night at 6.45 tonight . It was hard as a brick,it must have been sitting out for 6 hrs.ill never go back I'm done with this place

Every time I order their food it’s always old and nasty. DO A BETTER JOB!!! This is ridiculous.

I went to here and it was the 2 ND time I got told their dough guy was not there and it would take an hour wait for a hot and ready pizza. Then got told I should just go to dominos because it was the holiday and that was that... So I did and dominos had 10 people in the kitchen on a holiday......

It's 6 pm on a Saturday night and they have nothing hot and ready.
No pizzas, no crazy puffs, nothing.

We were told the wait is 40 minutes.

Listening to the conversation in the back, they don't care and are actually going slow on purpose.
Ol boy is telling the other workers that's its ok they don't have anything ready because the customers will understand.
They have him and 2 people in the back working at a snails pace.
I've watched him turn away about 5 people since we've been here.

It was like this last night as well but we got lucky and got the last hot and ready cheese and there were 3 people in line behind us.

Tonight we ordered ahead and of course it's not ready yet.

The crew at this store are very incompetent. The order was repeated to them twice to confirm, and they still made the wrong pizza. Then the horrible manager was very rude and refused to compensate me for their mistake.

Yesterday was my friend’s engagement party. We ordered 10 pizzas around 3:45pm to be picked up by 6pm (when the party started). They said this was no problem, and it’d be ready at 5:45. However, when we arrived they couldn’t find our order. Once they did (and after they charged us), all of the sudden they “ran out of sauce”. They added some time before it would be ready, fine. The manager on duty had the audacity to ask, “who orders pizza for a wedding?”, like it was any of his business. Staff were extremely unprofessional. You cannot count on this store to keep their word on pick up times for large orders. I understand it’s cheap pizza, and you shouldn’t expect much, but I’d be cautious before ordering more than a couple pizzas.

Twice now not prepared to serve the community. Hire new managers who can run a store and keep the doors open during normal hours!? *****Update*****everything is doing better here. The wait times are WAY less and staff is more friendly and ready to offer assistance. The welcome hello, we'll be right with you is a great addition when entering the store. On behalf of all of our customers....thank you for the efforts and improvements!!!! Together we can get these meals out to all the families in our area.

This was our favorite Little Ceasars. When we got our order one of the pizzas wasn't cut all the way . Normally the few times this has happened we could tear it apart...not this time. So what should have been a fun outing wasn't.
Seems like staff needs a refresher.

I absolutely cannot stand going here half the time.. they hire lazy kids who obviously don't want to work. Half the time they say they can't make something for some dumb reason. I don't care what you do on your break but there is always someone smoking outside and when you go in to order he or she follows you in .. no hand washing..

Took 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby for 1 large pizza and bread sticks. They also forgot to put my order in and the young man didn't even apologize.
