While food and atmosphere and service was great I experienced one of the guests that appeared to be friends with the owners bring her dog into the restaurant and were seated at the table directly next to our table. The dog was well behaved but both restaurant owners were both petting and making over animal THEN they actually had one of the wait staff take the dog outside for pet to pee or poop and wait person came back in carrying dog. Then proceeded to make a salad table side
I think this was highly inappropriate. I won’t be eating there again. If the couple wanted to bring dog with them should have eaten outside at very least and it’s not responsibility of wait staff to walk their dog for them. If dog can’t stay at home while they go out to eat then hire a dog sitter

I'm here from out of town for work and decided to venture out for dinner. I ran across this hidden little gem and instantly got excited. It had been ages since I had the opportunity to have decent Italian.
I walked in and was instantly greeted. The atmosphere was very cozy and there was a live pianist by the door. As I was looking at the menu I was really unsure on how authentic this was going to be. I decided on the pasta Bolognese and tiramisu.
While waiting on my order the owner's wife and staff made me feel very welcome. She sat down and we shared a wonderful conversation.
I get my order and upon taking my first bite my eyes teared up because I was instantly felt I was back in Italy again! I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars

Walter and the staff were exceptional, we went for my 59 Birthday. My wife had the filet. One of the best, better than Bull in the alley. I had the Mediterranean sea bass deboned table side. Excellent. We ordered tableside banana's Foster. Awesome experience. Piano player was perfect. It would have been the best restaurant and atmosphere we have ever been to, if Walter's wife was not there. She was awful to the staff, very demeaning to the staff in front of the customers. We almost left because of her behavior. It wasn't once it was for a solid hour of berating numerous staff members. I would eat there once a month even though I live 50 miles away. Walter was wonderful, his wife was abusive and very unprofessional. It put a damper on the whole evening. Perfect place without her.

If you are looking for authentic Italian food, elegant atmosphere, and attentive service, this is the perfect night out! The menu differs each time, so if there is something you spot upon reviewing it place a hold on the dish because they go fast! Even though the dish I had in mind ran out, I was most certainly not disappointed by the secondary choice. I’ll be returning for a date night with the husband in the near future!

Wife and I have been trying to find a go-to Italian place for a while since moving to Tulsa. Tried a few others, but this might be the best around here.
Pluses: flavor and freshness of the food was pretty good. They did the simple things well - seasoning was on point, and my pork chop was cooked perfectly. Wife’s ravioli was el dente. Dessert (tiramisu) was freshly made and my old fashioned drink was good and strong.
Misses: Space was a little tight - and as a result, was trying to balance our own conversation volume versus hearing others. Pricing was a little steep, esp for the portions received. The mussels app we ordered was sub-par and definitely not fresh.
May return here if we get the Italian food craving again.

Love the live piano player with requests taken. Friendly and clean. Amazing food. Sand springs definitely got lucky with this reservation only, Italian hot spot. Watch while they make a fresh Ceasar salad. Dress nice ?

Well, I have heard the commercials for this place and thought about trying it BUT based on the OWNERS response when they get a negative review I guess I won't. We can all learn daily if we allow it. Some of these reviews mention poor treatment of staff and reprimanding them in front of the customers. I know a 22 year old IHOP manager who knows better than to reprimand employees in front of the customer. To say that just because their pay is better in 25 hours a week vs 40 should make it okay to treat them poorly says A LOT about the owners themselves. I guess only go here if you are a stuck up selfish snob. Kindness will get you miles with people. This is Oklahoma and we are friendly people but if you didn't grow up here you likely don't understand that.
The owner and chef came to our table to visit. It was fantastic!! I would go many more times.

It was a great night with the best Italian food in NE Oklahoma.I can’t believe it took us so long to try this place after all of our friends raved about it. I can’t wait to go back.

This Friday was our first night at a new regular restaurant. Each part of this curated experience is created by someone that truly cares that you have a wonderful evening.Friendly service, delicious food & romantic ambiance makes this Italian eatery my favorite new to me restaurant. It's a rare event when we order appetizers, entrees and dessert. We were not disappointed by anything that we tasted or saw that night.
