I took my two sons in to grab a bite after the park and was once again disappointed in Mazzios. I will be brief. No friendly smile walking in, very dirty dining room, our pizza was very greasy and the toppings slid quite easily off the crust, which made cutting the food for my 2 year old nearly impossible. Plates were only offered after the pizza had arrived and no silverware or napkins came with it. I have been disappointed time and again with mazzio’s and if they don’t step up their game, they’ll lose my business altogether.

We usually get our food from the Skiatook location and it’s HORRIBLE! My partner works in S.S. So first time ordering from this location. The wings were HUGE! Amazing. The Alfredo pizza was so good. So much better than what we’ve been getting locally. Will definitely order from here from here on out. 5 stars

My daughter and I have been loyal customers to this location since it opened. We will not be going back. On our visit yesterday, we ordered a large cheese pizza and a small Taco pizza. We akways request several packers of taco sauce fir the taco pizza, as it is no good without the sauce. We have never had a problem with this obvious need (who eats mexican food without the sauce?!), but yesterday they only gave us 2 packets...one for each of us to go on an entire pizza. Wgen we asked for more, obviously, we were told we had to pay 35 cents extra per packet! That's, for one, an outrageous price for a tiny packet and, two, it was an insult to loyal customers! I don't know if this is just at this lication or at all stores, but it is a bad business decision! What will they charge for next? . . . straws? We will not be returning until we know this practice has ceased! It may seem like a small thing, but if we don't stand up when we see unreasonable changes, then things only get worse! Taco Bell jn Sand Springs trued this sane thing and list a ton of business before they backed down. Mexican food has to have enough sauce to make it edible! The only way to srop these insane decisions is to change to other businesses. There's plenty of other pizza places to choose from, so, regretfully, goodbye Mazzio's. It was nice while it lasted.
They get orders out affordable and fast. The staff have always been courteous and professional.

Every time I come back I get more disappointed with the Tuesday night buffet. Tonight we waited over 30 minutes for the salad bar to be refilled with salad, dressing, and toppings. There was a maximum of 3 pizzas on the hot buffet the entire time we were here. It wasn't enough to feed the 10 families that were in here waiting.

The little old lady at the register bless her heart such a sweet lady ! Do not pay for the buffet during lunch unless you know they will make numerous pizzas . They stop making pizza at noon. Highly disappointed !! If they review there cameras they lost a big party and another group that also came in after I had visited the location and walked out .

The whole time we were there they had 1 or 2 pizzas on the buffet. Usually when we go theres several pizzas all different kinds on the buffet. the salad was brown and rotten. I took a couple bites but kept having to pick bad pieces out so I quit eating it and everything was sticky!! The highchair straps were so gross, the silverware was sticky, and the water button on the drink machine was sticky. ?? we should have just left. Def won't be back. ??? Worst mazzios in town.
