Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings

Was told the buffet lasted til 2. All pizza was taken back at 1:30. Rude lady at the cash register.

I came in at 1:20 on a Thursday to get the buffet lady said they weren’t making any more pizza that was fine I got two pieces and went back up and they were taking it down 30 minutes before the buffet ended.

Website said all you can eat buffet, but parlor had no customers and no buffet.

Ordered two large custom pizzas for NYE and they put meat on the vegetarian one. I've been back and forth with customer service for days and the general manager refuses to refund the incorrect pizza. Sorry, but a credit to come back isn't enticing after such ridiculously poor customer service!

took 45 minutes for a simple pizza and wings. They still proceeded to mess it up by not even making the pizza.

I don't know who was crafting the pizzas the night of Aug 14th, 2025, but they need to be recognized for their outstanding service and care for the food they've prepared. I worked a very long and hard day and my wife had a ordered Mazzio's before I got home without telling me and when I opened the pizza box it was like I was witnessing a glimpse of heaven. The pepperoni pizza was made so well I don't think I've ever seen a better pie. The slices were all perfect and the pepperonis were laid so perfect and portioned just right, made quickly yet efficiently. Upon that first bite you could tell the cheese and sauce was precisely and skillfully placed as well. The thin crust perfectly baked to a delicious crispy crunch on the edges with Zero air bubbles making it look so beautiful. Truly an outstanding masterpiece and such a treat to enjoy. I don't usually write reviews like this, but I couldn't just let this pass without mentioning. Excellent job pizza guy or girl. Thank you so much for making my night that much better. 🍕😎

Horrible first time experience, put a order in and they first get the toppings wrong on the large pizza second they also made another item missing a whole topping that comes with it. And guess what management offers credit when we want a refund why would we want to reorder when it was completely messed up to begin with. How do you take a large 2 topping pizza that had Canadian bacon and Pepperoni on it and make a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza? Can you not read? Also a Ham Bacon Cheddar calzone is supposed to have Bacon on it not just Cheddar and Ham. I Do not recommend going to this Mazzio’s if you want what you order. Don’t waste your money here.

The food is amazing. The loaded cheese dipper is the best item by far. I have ordered from here many times with no issues but the last 4-5 times I have ordered the Pibb extras have been expired with the date June 4 2025 on the bottles. I even got sent a root beer instead by accident once and it was expired too. Other than that this place is amazing and I’m sure it is just a small overlook. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

It is a good option for lunch buffet. No Mazzio's near my work so have to travel to get to this one a bit. It is closest to North Tulsa for traffic.

They will make you the pizza you want on the buffet. Just ask when you pay them. Salad bar here is a little lacking compared to others but still a good option.

I ordered a pizza for pick up on the phone. They told me it would be 15 minutes And I got there and it wasn’t ready and I waited another 35 minutes for my order. Don’t know what the deal is.
