Forgot my ranch and I ordered extra!! Mazzios ranch is a big reason I order it! Pizza great driver great but to forget the ranch after ordering so many that's wild

The driver took my family's dinner to the wrong address. I spent $80 on 20 wings, a large 3 topping, and loaded breadsticks, after the 20% tip. My 2nd order wasn't even warm, and the driver said he was sick. So 90 minutes of waiting, mediocre food, and no offer to make it right. We just moved to the area, but I cannot give them my business again after so many people were made aware of an extremely foolish action based on 1 driver, and nothing done to correct the gaping mistake.

Mazzio's gets four stars cuz they have a salad bar buffet that I really enjoy I think the pizzas are just okay I don't like that they don't put much sauce on them and the sauce they do put don't have much flavor and that's a major key for me when it comes to pizza. The staff is nice enough it's okay and the atmosphere is just like a pizza place nothing special

Ordered dinner after a long day and our dips were forgotten, driver returned with the said sauces.... But ranch was past use by date and the carrier or other sauces exploded in the bag. We spent almost $65 on dinner. Come on mazzios, you can do better than this.

My wife and I went there the other day to use my birthday coupon. The menu says gluten-free on wings, and she got hers they weren't, and the manager felt bad that she was misconceived by the menu and took care of our bill and made her a crust less pizza. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to take care of her.

Call in to pick up order at 11 AM. Tell me it would be 15 minutes. I get there, they’re not very busy but took another 35 minutes to get my pizza. Don’t know what the deal is but not good. Customer service. Don’t know if I’ll be coming back to Matthew‘s or not. Not a good experience and I tipped them two bucks to pick my order up not Happy. People came in at 8:30 lunch and left before I got my order.

Taco Pizza with extra Cheddar. I didn't think it looked right but I thought maybe the rest is buried underneath the cheese. It wasn't. I wasn't given a Taco Pizza, I was given a sausage pizza. Completely different taste. I haven't ordered from Mazzios in quite a while for a reason, because I would wait an hour and sometimes my order came and sometimes it never did. But since it's been so long I thought I would try again just so I could have the Taco and Greek Pizza's. I am very disappointed, I am sure what I received doesn't count as specialty pizza and was less expensive as well.
