I wanted to share my recent experience at the restaurant. While the food was great, I encountered a rude waitress. She was on her phone at the bar when I asked for a to-go box and a drink. Instead of providing assistance, she gave me attitude and seemed disinterested in her job. She even commented on my leaving, questioning why I was departing so soon, which felt inappropriate and none of her business.

It's been years since I've been to a Napoli. It taste like microwave dinners. The best part of the meal was the bread and dipping oil. Overall it was very disappointing.

What a disappointment. Bread was tepid. Butter sauce on the shrimp was tasteless. Mozzarella sticks had no seasoning whatsoever.

Not a horrible little restaurant in Sand Springs. This visit, the food was a bit different (not in a positive way) than before. But decent. Olive Garden is coming, so, this will shine a little brighter. Very pleasant man taking care of me, though. Liked him a lot.

Absolutely no flavor in our meals, then the rude lady, if you don't wanna know what's wrong. DON'T ASK !

we’ve eaten here multiple times- we keep coming back because the food is the best italian we’ve found around here- but dear god the service is always so horrible.

out of the 10 or so times we’ve been here (some with other people! who commented on it to us after we left!) we have not had a pleasant experience with the wait staff.
at this point you’re probably like “okay, what did you do? are you a karen or something?” and the answer is genuinely no, i am not.

i used to work i’m the service industry and when i go out to eat i am trying to be as little of a hassle to deal with as possible. i try to have my order ready, to not have them run back and forth if i can get multiple things done at once, and i tip well.

every single time we go in here, the same woman seats us (seemingly annoyed at us for being there and needing a table to sit at) and then either her or one of her coworkers will take our order (seemingly annoyed at us for not only wanting a table but wanting to actually eat as well) and then they will stand behind the little bar off to the side of the room and not come check on you for your drinks or food for a good while. you will, however, feel like they are staring at you (and sometimes you look up and they are) or like they are watching the game and forgot they are at work (and sometimes you look up… and they are)

you need a drink refill? (filling your glass, annoyed)
you wanted to order a dipping sauce and more bread literally six minutes ago and you finally got their attention? (walking to you, annoyed) (you will not get dipping sauce or bread refilled for another six minutes)
you wanted to get a to-go box? (slight sigh, walking to get to-go box, annoyed)

but their tiramisu absolutely bangs, that is the best tiramisu i’ve had in oklahoma.

Wonderful Italian food at a reasonable price! I've had the chicken parm and the manicotti. Both have been terrific. Love the bread too.

We go here often as some items are really good. The Italian dressing is not one of them, and the eggplant Parm is just their rollitini laying flat and covered with sauce. The service is the worst! We order water because we know we aren't getting any refills unless we manage to get someone's attention which isn't always easy. The owner is usually sitting down, playing on his phone, or at the register, counting money. Orders are taken at his convenience, and once food is delivered, that's the last we see of any of the owners. The good servers never seem to last here.

They do not use parmesan and butter for the alfredo sauce scallops are mushy which means they are frozen, shrimp is rubbery which means it’s overcooked not as good as it’s made out to be.

I was part of a party of five, and we had a good experience here. The apps were decent and the entres were good as well.

Staff service was very good. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and the value was commensurate with the quality.
