Every time I go I get the same corner booth. I feel at home when I'm there. The menu has a broad variety and is easy to read. The food is always fresh hot and tasty.

Not really sure why but I tend to gravitate towards diners, probably because they were prevalent where I grew up.
This was our first visit and it was top tier from the start. Promptly greeted and seated. Drink order taken and delivered while we perused the menu. I had the patty melt and my wife had the Philadelphia sandwich. Patty melt was good, above average but nothing exceptional - but then, it's a cheeseburger on toast, not much to work with. Fries were exceptional; shoestring fried to firm, one step before crispy. Philly was out of this world! I don't know if they marinated the beef, added something to the peppers or what but it's one of the best I've had in Oklahoma. 5 stars for sure.
We normally don't order desserts but the server was so good - and we had time to kill so WTH; why not. Apple pie for me, turtle cheesecake for the wife. Pie was pleasing, flaky lattice crust excellent balance of fruit, sugar and spices. The turtle cheesecake was so good, I'd drive to Sand Springs just for the dessert.
If you're in Sand Springs, they're on Lincoln just off of 2nd Street. Search them out, you're taste buds and tummy will thank you

It says on the menu that the pancakes come with a side of hashbrowns but we were charged separately for them, the pancakes were literally just instant mix and water and VERY floury, the bathroom was filthy, and the soap dispenser didn’t work.

Ordered 2 breakfast steak meals with home fries which is an up charge. Got home to realize they gave us hashbrowns. So our order was wrong. This food was SO bland. I don't think they put any seasoning on anything, not even salt. Ordered the steak medium they were both cooked to death. They were actually pretty good cuts of meat and thick steaks which made the fact that they were disgusting even more disappointing. Not only were they flavorless it was like they were cooked In the oven instead of on a skillet or on a grill or griddle. They threw the toast on top of the hashbrowns so the toast was completely soggy. The 2 meals were $30 and 100% not worth it!
The girl serving the drinks was great!!! The waitress was ice cold and unfriendly!!! If and I say if I ever come back I wouldn't let her wait on me!!!

Stopped by here on a whim and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The Denver Omelette was perfectly prepared (not browned egg like many diners provide), the hash browns were crispy and the service was fast and friendly. I’ll try to get back and try the biscuits and gravy or maybe lunch.

Quickest service ever!! My buddy and I ordered to go breakfast and they had us out in under 20 min!!! And the food was good!!! They even allowed me to kinda make my own plate without charging me an a and a leg!!! Thank you for this gem!!!!
