I ordered a cookie dough blast from doordash from this store for $7 and it only had 5 small pieces of cookie dough on top of some vanilla ice cream 🙄 no whipped cream. Just cookie dough pieces with some freaking ice cream!!!

Food was okay but the service is always soooooo slow.
Not very happy the car hop cheated me out of money I gave him a Sonic gift card that had 5 dollars on it and a 20 dollar bill and he brought me the 9 dollars cash when my order was 8 and some change I don't care about the money to me what bothers me is that there is someone taking advantage of no telling how many people
Service was better thus time and the carhop that wears glasses and worked on the morning of Dec 20th 2024 deserves a 5 dollar raise i was having a bad day and she made it better Thank you

Let's face it, since Sonic was sold it has gone downhill across the board. Quality, service and tact. It's really too bad. I'm sure I will get a the corporate bot response to contact Sonic and let them know my experience so they can improve. They aren't listening. We'll know you're listening when quality and service return to the standards of what Sonic was before you bought the company.
