Always a great experience! This is by far my favorite location I have had! We always have the most friendly staff. We'll there has been a time or 2 that someone wasn't so friendly, it was the same person. But other then that person I love this store!!

They made our drinks super bomb.
Normally I have to buy extra caramel drizzle because they barely give you any but this place gave me the perfect amount even though I did pay for extra caramel drizzle.

Chairs are kindda uncomfortable and its really cold inside, but I've enjoyed every experience aside from that.

I called the Starbucks in Sand Springs recently to ask if I could post flyers for my local car wash business. The supervisor I spoke with hung up on me without answering my question or explaining why. I was surprised and disappointed by how abruptly the call ended. I understand if they can’t allow flyers, but I would have appreciated a polite response. Customer respect goes a long way, and I hope future interactions are more positive

Today's experience was better than before.
Came through drive through not feeling the best as it’s early and just been so hectic lately. Then Had my order taken by the nicest person i’ve met!! Her name is Stephanie!! She was so kind and upbeat completely uplifted our whole day!!! I am not a fan of this place but i will 100% go back if she is going to be there!

Terrible. Baristas ignored us at first. Then the two drinks we ordered took forever. Coffee was terrible with all milk, hardly any coffee or sweetener. Couldn't even finish our drinks. I'm not a fan of Starbucks, but their drinks are usually the same no matter where you are at.

The past 3-4 months I’ve been getting Starbucks it’s had coffee grounds in the bottom. If I’m gonna pay $7 for a coffee I would like it to not have coffee grounds.

Livi was Cashier, went above and beyond, Livi gave me some pointer’s in some drinks and even cleaned my table. Livi’s customer service was off the chain.
I got a Venti mocha Frappuccino and a ham and Swiss sandwich. Fantastic.

Will not be returning to Starbucks. Spent over $15 on 2 drinks and they didn’t even add any sweet syrup and forgot my shot of espresso. The matcha drink had hardly any flavor and didnt mix. I used to go here every day but poor experiences at multiple locations has turned me away. I even had to gold member with the star promo or whatever.

Very long wait at 330pm 12/13/24. I saw 6 people working. Didn't make our drinks correctly and when we politely asked for remakes every woman working there gave us an ugly attitude. No apologies just rude! I used to work as a barista and shift supervisor and this is NOT Starbucks quality or customer service!
