Will not be returning to Starbucks. Spent over $15 on 2 drinks and they didn’t even add any sweet syrup and forgot my shot of espresso. The matcha drink had hardly any flavor and didnt mix. I used to go here every day but poor experiences at multiple locations has turned me away. I even had to gold member with the star promo or whatever.

Very long wait at 330pm 12/13/24. I saw 6 people working. Didn't make our drinks correctly and when we politely asked for remakes every woman working there gave us an ugly attitude. No apologies just rude! I used to work as a barista and shift supervisor and this is NOT Starbucks quality or customer service!

There was a long line on Sat Dec 7. Walked in and was told it willl be a second. Bad customer service. All the the drive thru customers left. Black lady said good let them leave. I walked out went to Dutch Bros. Really slow service. Poorly managed. Thank God for Dutch bros.

Service was very slow. Lots of workers, but they must have lost our order. At least 10 orders went out before ours and we were among 3 when we ordered. Things happen. What we got was excellent.

The staff was wonderful - knowledgeable and friendly, just like Starbucks should be. The lobby was not busy, but there was a line at the drive through and app orders. The wait time was reasonable. I would recommend this location.

My daughter's review....."I don't even know how to describe it. Delicious feta blanketing egg whites and spinach wrapped up in a nice bow (tortilla). Service was excellent, staff was kind and helpful. Answered all of my pressing questions. Thank you so much!".....my review...."I've always hated mermaid porn!!!"

Small lil starbies in the heart of the shopping district of sand springs. Has cute outdoor seating with nice chairs. My order was correct and prompt. Would go again and I do recommend.
Parking: Got a drive through and a decent amount of parking spaces

This tall older man with glasses in this store really has no idea how to treat anyone . It’s my boyfriend’s birthday today and he acted like we weren’t educated enough and spoke down to us for no apparent reason about the app or whatever his issue is just to get a free drink. He stated he never used the app then had all the information about it but wanted us to buy something too apparently and we come to Starbucks often. I don’t think anything is wrong with trying to come in and do that. I will never come back to this location.
