Went to the store 10 minutes after my pick up time and food was freezing cold. I understand I was late, but the food was so cold that I couldn’t even tell if they toasted them. I asked them politely if they did, they told me they had toasted them, brushed me off and said I was ten minutes late. So I smiled and left, but just thought I’d hop on here to match the energy.

This is a pretty good Subway they made her sandwiches very well and they were very nice I have no complaints on this location

Should be zero stars. Placed an order through the app, got to the store when the app projected order would be ready.
I sit there for 10 minutes while workers make two sandwiches, sit for another 10 minutes, someone walked in and the proceeded to make their food right away, I asked if they had even started my order and they said not yet, but they would start. 15 minutes later they hand me a bag, walked toward the door as I was looking through the bag, they shorted me one of the three sandwiches I ordered. They made the final sandwich of my order. I get home and two of the sandwiches (rotisserie chicken) meat was ice cold.
Wife takes the sandwiches back up there and they called the manager and they instructed her they can not re-make the order and if we want our correct order we would have to pay for additional sandwiches.

We normally eat lunch here after church but I’m not sure if we will return now. They recently replaced their soda machine with one that has black mold. I didn’t catch it but my husband did (saw black specs in the ice in his cup) so he opted for a drink without ice. I didn’t notice anything with mine but woke up this morning with a swollen upper lip as a result of my black mold allergy. We have thought it through and there’s no explanation for this allergic reaction.

Are the workers not supposed to wear hair nets? I'm not trying to be rude but when I went yesterday it didn't look like the cleanest people and they were not wearing hair nets or even had their hair put back it was just hanging over my food and one of them looked like hey have not washed their hair in a very long time. They were very nice just seemed a bit unclean to have your hair waving over my food.

I've not ever seen these ladies in here before, wow they really don't enjoy their jobs and it destroys the atmosphere completely....I'm standing here waiting for a ft long tuna online order, no big deal they're backed up, Ive worked at subway a couple of times however the attitudes are horrible, rudeness, literally throwing the completed sandwiches on the countertop, they're greeting people in a manner that's making them turn around and walk back out...this is a shame...I understand being tired at eork but at subway our sandwich artists are our first impression on our customers..just sayin, it's not hard smile, be kind, at least pretend u care ✌️????
UPDATED..7:45PM....ok so she finally got my order...1 ft long tuna simple..walks away and flies swarm it...OMG nooooooooo please..then she acted as if I'm rude for saying something....I'm going to gilcrease from now on...I am a reg both dash and customer....I don't know where these 2 came from but nope...that's so unsanitary I expect my card to be refunded seeing I walked out n told her to keep it.....bad choice here guys!!
