Food was as expected, service was kinda rude. I'm kinda old and was abruptly told they "don't take orders at the counter anymore, I had to use the kiosk or the app. I guess we don't get a senior discount any more. Couldn't find it on the kiosk or the app. I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out the kiosk before I had another CUSTOMER help me.
The sand springs taco bell is the best managed location I've seen. The people are so nice and the food is always great. I probably eat there too much, but it's because I always have such a great experience.
Store manager and assistant manager were condescending and rude when I had an issue with mobile ordering. Almost felt insulted even though I was very kind and understanding about their position and the fact that the app was ran by a third party.
