Visited this location's drive through on March 6th around 11:30 a.m. and there was no response at the speaker or at the drive through window. There didn't seem to be any activity inside. Furthermore I dug up the company's 'contact us' page on their website and there's no corporate customer service phone number provided there, so I had to fill out an online form in order to contact them. I asked them to contact me, but they never did. It doesn't seem like Taco Bueno cares about their customers or employees at all. Good thing I found a Taco Bell nearby. I think I'll stick with the Bell.

Parking: The actual drive-thru itself is very difficult and annoying to drive thru
The web and the sign on the window say the lobby is open until 10. It is 8:45 and they have the dining room locked. I have been driving all day, I don't want to eat in my truck. If you're not going to keep the lobby open just update the sign and the web so someone like me doesn't drive 10 minutes out of the way just to find out you're closed!

10-17-24 around 5:00 pm. Ordered Bueno chi lads platter. Chillada was cold and had hard chunks of meat in it , rice tasted funny, guacamole was just chunks of avocado and the refried beans was to salty. There was no forks or spoons, no salsa . I took about 4 bites and put it in the garbage can. Worst food in town . Waste of money . No one knew what a Chillada platter was . What a crappy place to eat .
