This Taco Bueno has the worst service of any other I have been to. I used to love Bueno, but the management must not be very good at this location as it has been poor for several years. It is either poor mgt or the company is going under.

I had just left my dentist office where I had oral surgery and learned I must eat soft food only for 3 to 4 days. I headed straight to Taco Bueno for 4 orders of beans and cheese, one of my favorite foods! Now I had the perfect excuse for eating them at least once a day for the next several days. They were soooooo good! I looked forward to eating them each day!!! Thank you!

Just went through the drive through to grab some lunch and the employee who was taking the order was extremely pushy and rude like I was bothering her or something and when I got to the window the attitude remained in such a hurry and when I didn’t reach for my card back right away I got a hasty ma’am as she was waving my card so annoyed with life I assume 🤷🏻♀️ if customer service and the food service industry makes you that miserable you should look for another job instead of treating paying customers like they are the problem. So young I hope you do better!!

What is sad sat at the speaker for 4 almost five minutes no response, not a car in the drive thru and three cars literally just pulled in. So we went down the street to Taco Bell and was in and out in under 5 minutes through the drive thru with three cars ahead and lobby full.

Taco bell has always sucked but every time I try to give it a chance the service is great but they never get my order right. Fast is great but if you already know the food is below average and then it's wrong plus not even a napkin. It makes you wonder how they ever made it. Taco Bell sucks.
This is the first time we went inside to eat and the lobby was awful the ceiling looked like it had been leaking for a very long time and was leaking while we were there in too many places to count. The staff was great, very friendly and professional. The food was fine. The atmosphere deserves zero stars, the lobby was a wreck with buckets everywhere to catch the water. The floor was soaked, and the staff had to go out and mop several times. I would post pictures, but there doesn’t appear to be a place to do that.

To order food then set in line for them to take your money. Then you wait and then they come to the window and say actually we don't have chicken with an attitude and say what do you want to do? Well give me my money back. You guys need new management. These kids need a better leader and how to handle situations. Manager didn't even utter an apology or anything. Just walked over, gave you my money and walked away. I wouldn't have even been mad, but if anyone knows the drive-thru line and how long you have to wait, it's ridiculous
