The staff who took our order always seems friendly but the food is always smaller than other taco buenos so the portions are priced too high for what you get the meat and beans are always light and they forgot the sour cream on 2 items were out of potatoes and then the lady gave some tude when i had to go back through cuz they had forgotten a burrito

I was out running errands late tonight and realized I needed to grab something to eat. I see the Taco Bueno that I have not been to in over a year because the last time the experience was terrible and the food was worse. Well the food tastes pretty good this time but after waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, the guy at the window hands me a bag with my platter inside, hanging sideways. I looked at him and thought 'he doesn't even see an issue with this.' I pulled over in the parking lot and open the box and saw exactly what I expected to given the position of the food in the bag. Additionally the salsa I asked for was not included. So while the food was okay, I'm still not ready to deal with the ridiculousness of this location. I realize it's fast food and I'm not expecting prime rib or anything spectacular, but a little common sense would help a lot.

Worst fast food service I have ever seen you ask for one simple thing and they screw that up and givee you the wrong food then you call in and want to speak to someone about it they let it just ring and ring until it goes to a busy signal

I got a Muchaco that had a long blonde hair strand in it and it made me puke because someone's DNA was in my food , it couldn't of been my hair because I have dark brown hair.

The worst Taco Bueno in world. Shorted my order and won't answer the phone. The guy working the drive through window was wearing his pants around his knees. I didn't think Sand Springs was ghetto enough to produce the crew that works here. They do not care about the quality of the food or the customer at all. Avoid this location at all costs until the get some effective management.

Do NOT go here. Especially at night. The most horrendous service I have ever had. Restaurant lobby locked at 6pm yet full of drugged out looking teens and young adults. Unclean, trash all over the floor, food was ice cold after I sat in The drive thru 45 minutes because I was trapped—if you have been to this drive thru you know what I mean.Got out of my car to complain. A total of ten kids who did not work there rudely asked what I want. The guys “cooking” the food looked doped out and did not want to give me my refund. It was horrendous. They acted as though I was bothering them. Stood outside the lobby door for at least 30More minutes while they played revolving idiot to come and unlock the door and taunt me asking what I wanted, while they pretended to get the manager. Will NEVER return. The owner needs to be alerted. Health department should visit and shut down.

Every single Taco Bueno has turned to absolute trash. They were the top Mexican fast food restaurant in the nation then they got bought out and some freaking idiot decided to change everything about them that made them number one. It is a sad unfortunate truth, but the Bueno we all knew and loved is gone forever. Don't waste your time, money, or appetite going here. RIP TACO BUENO

Arrived at 6:40 pm. Placed order of 2 burritos and 2 drinks. There was one other person that had already recv their order and on one else there or in the drive thru. After waiting 50 min, we went up to the counter and asked about our food order. They stated they were busy and it would be about 45 more min to get our order. The staff was not doing anything but talking with each other.By that time there was another 4 customers that came in to place their orders, we stated to them we had been the waiting for an hr, they said thanks for letting them know and left. I don’t know what the employees had going on, but they were not working
