Phenomenal. Smoothies always good but the staff is really fantastic.
Received poor service and the wait for a pickup order was ridiculous. Iâm not from here but Iâd never come back to this location.

The hospitality & customer service sucks. My husband stopped in at this location around 7:45 Friday Oct. 6th. There was 2 girls working. There was 1 car in front if us & we waited 15mins. For our order. After waiting about eight minutes for the car in front of us to clear out we pulled up to the window. The girl did not think us for patiently waiting.She did not address us.She did not tell us our total.She did not take a payment she walked off. The two girls kept walking back and forth Avoiding eye contact and not speaking to us. After waiting another six minutes she finally This came to the window and told us our total. She could see we were a little irritated but we didn't say anything. She gave us this little smirk grin & shut the window again. After seeing our drinks were already sitting there. She walked off again then came back & handed us our smoothies. She KNEW what she was doing & her & the other girl thought it was cute. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION EVER.

I was super excited for this location to open up bc itâs right next to my house . Idk whatâs been going on lately but the staff acts like they have no clue what theyâre doing or even where they are half the time & itâs next to impossible to get whatever you order correctly , the first time . Definitely donât DoorDash from here bc they just simply donât care about those orders .

The only reason this review is getting two stars is because the breakfast wrap I got was really good but The smoothie was terrible. It was so poorly blended that chunks of ice kept getting stuck in my straw. If I hadn't already driven off, I would have asked them to remake it because it was so terrible. I ended up not finishing it. Kind of super disappointing but oh well.

They didnât put bacon on something I added bacon too no big deal go get it fixed⊠but when I got get it fixed the crew member wanted to argue with me about how and where it is. Then continued to open my burrito and see that itâs not there. After that they just was gonna warm some bacon up and give it to me on the side (mind you I took a bite of my food and he touched where I bit.. goes and gets the bacon that is held in a container with a bunch of others so to anyone that eats here today you have my spit on your bacon cause this guy didnât change his gloves) talk to the manager and she said she trains her people correctly so there should be no problem and was telling me he was in the right to argue. Better yet he was standing there listening scratching his beard then proceeded to go make more food! I will not be returning with my business
First time eating here and I got the jerk chicken and pineapple salsa wrap and it was bomb!!! Avocado smoothie was great too!

My girlfriend and I came here to try out the new Sand Springs location. I didnât remember if we have ever had Tropical Smoothie cafe before. This location was very clean and modern. Itâs also in a great location. Our smoothies were both very tasty. I got one with strawberry, pineapple and banana and it was everything I hoped for. My only complaint is that the employees seemed like some young kids who didnât have very good customer service skills. They didnât treat us badly or anything, they just seemed unskilled. My girlfriend got a quesadilla and they forgot her salsa she wanted and we had to get up and go ask for it. Overall, not a big deal just some things they need to improve upon and once time goes on Iâm sure things will get better. Also I feel like the prices are inflated for what you get. There seems to just be one price and one size of smoothie unless Iâm mistaken. Itâs a large smoothie but for basically $7 each I just donât know if itâs the best value. If you have the money and want a great tasting smoothie I would say try this place out for sure.
