Service was pretty decent but part of my food order did not meet my expectations. I ordered a Baconator Burger with Baconator Fries and a large drink. The Burger was pretty good but the fries were cold and the grated cheese sprinkled on top was not melted, sadly. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

Me and my wife went over there on March 31st 2025 a little after 8:00 pm and I ordered my food at the speaker in the Drive-Thru and I told him I wanted a number one and instead of regular fries I wanted cheese and bacon fries and they rang me up for both fries and we got up to the window and we explained it to him and he said yeah I understand I got it and then refused us a receipt and then when we asked for it through the bag at us and then after we got home I realized that he rang us up for both fries cuz both the fries were in the bag and I was like you know what whatever so I sit down I ate my burger thought it tasted a little funny but oh well and then I started eating my cheese and bacon fries and as I was eating it I looked down because they're in a black container and there was a big lo loogie somebody had spit underneath my fries just because I wanted my receipt and then when I called Wendy's and talk to the manager and told him what happened the manager hung up I will never eat at that place ever again and they will be having a lawsuit coming their way

The service wasn't good, the door said they were closing the inside at 10:30pm and they closed the door before 9:30pm.
My order was incomplete, door dash delivered what they were given. Missing both burgers. Was told to ask for refund but I don't know how
