Service was pretty decent but part of my food order did not meet my expectations. I ordered a Baconator Burger with Baconator Fries and a large drink. The Burger was pretty good but the fries were cold and the grated cheese sprinkled on top was not melted, sadly. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

Me and my wife went over there on March 31st 2025 a little after 8:00 pm and I ordered my food at the speaker in the Drive-Thru and I told him I wanted a number one and instead of regular fries I wanted cheese and bacon fries and they rang me up for both fries and we got up to the window and we explained it to him and he said yeah I understand I got it and then refused us a receipt and then when we asked for it through the bag at us and then after we got home I realized that he rang us up for both fries cuz both the fries were in the bag and I was like you know what whatever so I sit down I ate my burger thought it tasted a little funny but oh well and then I started eating my cheese and bacon fries and as I was eating it I looked down because they're in a black container and there was a big lo loogie somebody had spit underneath my fries just because I wanted my receipt and then when I called Wendy's and talk to the manager and told him what happened the manager hung up I will never eat at that place ever again and they will be having a lawsuit coming their way

I understand being in a rush I work at sonic I ordered a pineapple sprite she handed me a sprite I asked for it to be remade wich you could tell there’s no pineapple in it and she’s like o well maybe it’s out and so I ask if she can just make a strawberry one and she says she can’t do that here which they have it on the menu which personally if you have a drink on screen and you just say it’s out o well you’re not doing you’re job go change it like it’s takes 4 mins again I hate even leaving reviews just sorta crazy 2 drink makers and my order was Still wrong

Worst Wendy's in all of Tulsa area!!! I've yet to go in to pick up a dash order....... 1. To find it ready 2. Greeted upon entry 3. Or stand for less than 5-8 min before any staff even remotely help me. This particular location needs to get everything together. From the managers down. It's pathetic honestly. If I didn't need the money, I wouldn't even accept orders from this store. Get it together y'all, for real

Don't fall for the key tag frosty scam!!! They tell you you get a free frosty all year if you pay $3 it's not free!!! IT'S FREE WITH PURCHASE!!! but you Don know this till you pay for it and try to use it!!! Then you read the back of the tag!!! IT'S A LACK OF TRAINING OR A OUT RIGHT SCAM!

Won't be going back to this wendy's unless Debbie is working. Went for lunch after church on Sunday. Asked for a bacon cheese burger with Asiago cheese and tomatoes and mayo only. Also ordered a burger mayo only no cheese. Got our order my burger didn't have bacon and my kids burger had cheese. When my husband went up to get it fixed, the guy says we'll, I forgot the bacon because your wife was being so specific on what she wanted. And forgot about no cheese on the other. He gives us very over crunchy bacon to put on my burger and the replacement burger that was supposed to have zero cheese had 2 yes 2 slices 1 on top and 1 on bottom. The rest of our order was wrong as well. Nobody ordered any fries and we got charged for 4 of them. Shaking my head wendy's, I know ya'll can do better.

I go here all the time and get food. they forgot a chicken sandwich in my bag so I called like anyone would not to long after I got home. A girl awnsers the phone and said she would put my name in the book they keep... But she did not and the manager gave me my chicken sandwich they forgot anyways... My host was Ronnie the day they forgot and I called date was 12/17/2024 time was 7:17 hopefully they do not do this to someone that would be upset about a 6$ sandwich... I am calm about these things..Wendy's is good food

Debbie was very helpful, kind and professional in fixing my order issue. Felt great to have that experience with her as you never know how things will go in fast food. Also since they have remodeled the food seems better etc, still have mishaps with orders here and there but was pleasantly surprised with the kindness and quick approach she took to fix it. Great job!
