I've been a Whataburger fan for literal decades. Never disappointed. However, the person working the grill late evenings(wednesdays in this case as my wife and I were there) at this particular location in Sand Springs I gotta give insane props to. I always order grilled japalenos on my burger, and this person makes the 200IQ move of putting them BETWEEN THE PATTIES. That little change elevates the food to a new level for me. Just wanted to say well done to whomever it is and it should become a standard practice.

Love whataburgers food and for the most part this location does a good job with my burger/meal. However the service is ridiculous. Staff is unpleasant, and service is so slow. This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant in town :(

I’ve been to this Whataburger 5 times and every single time they have forgotten an item and gotten the order wrong. We’ve missed entire meals MULTIPLE times and when they do give us our food it’s always made wrong. They always short us on our sauce that we ordered as well but have the nerves to charge for extra.

The burger had no flavor at all. The fries were soggy from too much grease. Whataburger has really gone downhill. If your food isn't great at least your dining room should be spotless. Apparently nobody cleans.
