02/28/25 11:45 a.m. Drive thru. First of all told order cost half of what they charged me when I got to window to pay, but whatever, no problem. The heifer at the window literally threw my change at me and I didn't even have my hand out. She dropped part of it. She didn't apologize and just handed me the rest of my change. When I told her I wanted all of my change she sighed and said I needed to pull up so she could go outside and get it. I told her okay. She asked the person behind me to get out of his car and pick up my change. He did and she brought my change out with an attitude said, "Here is your 28 cents," and stormed away. I don't care if it was just a penny. She should have slowed down and handed me my change. The attitude was a zero and she has no business interacting with customers. No more ARBY'S business from me.
So, Arby's sent me a link to further comment on my experience. I clicked the link and it said the link was no good!

Stood in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes, waiting to place my order. 8 cars in the lot, 2 in drive-thru and one person said they would be right with me but nobody ever offered to take my order. Taking my money elsewhere.

Finally decided to give this place another shot after not eating there for a long time due to them getting things wrong. I paid for a large fry but got a medium unless they have changed the sizes on things. The worst thing though was that when I got home, I noticed the bottom of the bag was wet and so my sandwich (that was at the bottom of the bag) was ruined. I was actually looking forward to eating there again but I think that's it for me. It was too far to drive back so I paid almost 14 dollars just to be disappointed yet again.

Had a simple order at drive thru. 2 french dips, 2 curly fries, 2 cherry turn overs, no drinks. Told me the price, drove to the window and he said it was $4.00 more. I said that is not what they said. Finally he got it straight. Got my order, go home , NO curly fries, pops in the sack. Told me to save my ticket and they would make it good tomorrow. More of my time and gas to go back. Don't pull away without looking, even on simple orders

I was happy to have some potato cakes again and of course the classic roast beef was still classic.. Staff was fast a friendly as always I went through the drive thru so atmosphere was my Venue..

I ordered a greek euro No sauce on the meat, and sauce on the side, Not there was sauce on the meat saturated with sauce, which brought it to remake it. Apparently, i don't think they pay attention when reading the order. I would recommend to all Customers to physically look at you're food before leaving the drive thru or inside making sure it's right. Oh and by the they have a very bad attitude about the whole thing and didn't really care So buyer beware. I wouldn't highly recommend Arby's in Sapulpa.

The young man at the counter was excellent! He was on his toes, apparently doing everybody else's job. I ordered potato cakes (yea! Their back), and a super roast beef without tomatoes, I'm totally allergic -- like anaphylactic allergic!! So I got my order, UGH, curly fries! Well, the potato cakes are still cooking. Is that REALLY an excuse? Why did I get curly fries to begin with? So, by the time I got the potato cakes, my sandwich was cold. The poor young man, was going to get me a FREE COOKIE; however, the smart allek cooks in the back insisted he pay for it. I REFUSED the cookie. Left with my food. Started on my way to work, eating my food in my automobile. BAM, a tomato on my super roast beef sandwich. Half way to Tulsa! Couldn't go back, because I would be late for work. It was the smart allek cooks who TOTALLY SCREWED UP!
Dietary restrictions: I carry an epi pen d/t my severe allergy to tomatoes ?!!!

Parking: It's weird with both drives coming into the lot. Drive-thru blocks the handicap from backing out when busy..lol
