I waited over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru for just one Burger combo. I got half and half sweet and unsweet tea and it tasted stale and disgusting when I got it. The girl that handed my food after waiting for so long I acted like there was no problem with me waiting that long and didn't say anything about the long wait. This is the first and last time I will stop here.

I should have checked the reviews! Horrible!! Wrong order and half full drinks...I even confirmed what my order was at the window and it was still wrong. I wont be back.

Horrible service and the staff are rude and do not listen to customers. Service is also slow and when you pay for a float they would not give me what I paid for. Avoid this place at all cost.

Horrible service had to repeat my order 9 times and they still got it wrong plus they added food to my order i didnt ask for overcharged me and had horrible service waited 45 minutes for fast food all around horrible disgusting place

Not good. The sign inside says they have been in Sapulpa since 2001 and by the dirt and grease, I believe it. My father and I went in for a float, but I felt I needed a shot of hand sanitizer and clorox wipes. The tables were grease sticky, you could see it on the walls and ceiling. And the smell from sharing the space with Long John Silver's was sickening. They definitely need a clean day or a total makeover. Sorry A & W, we won't be coming back.

Arrived around 5 pm thinking food would be fresher boy was I wrong I got a fish and shrimp dinner with rice and fries. Fish was dark in color exstreamly soggy shrimp was under cooked batter was mush and partly raw fries was cold and rubbery .Before I got my meal I hear one worker say don't sale any more rice . They should of never sold me rice way over cooked seamed more like mashed potatoes. The only thing that was eatable was the hush puppies.

If I could rate this location lower than 1 star i would. Horrible customer service, bad attitudes by each and every employee. I was told items in my vehicle must have been "lost" during transit because they were missing from my car. (sunglasses, north face jacket, all the change out of my cupholder?) I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. I would even suggest pushing your totaled vehicle home before using this company.

this place serves really good and hot food, decent prices, especially decent prices for large families like mine. Super friendly staff, it is also in a very good location easy to get in and out without a problem.
