Paid for my meal with my family and asked for a veterans discount and while ringing us up took 20 minutes because now they only discount the meal the veteran picks, our sacrifice means we now eat cold food. EVERY OTHER LOCATION HONORS VETERAN DISCOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE TICKET COST. I will not return to this location.

Stopped at the Joplin Mo Billy Sims at 12:45 for 1/2 of pound of sliced brisket. The they at the drive through was very rude. And informed me they had just done a big catering and had no sliced brisket. Isn’t that your business?
How does a place that’s main menu idea brisket and they are out? Other brisket place was happy to take my money.

Had the Heisman as usual and it was excellent. Wait time was excessive this time and the line wasn’t long at all, my only issue. Had I not wanted the food so bad I’d have been gone, considered leaving multiple times. I’d go back though and chalk it up to a one-off experience, always love the food at Billy Sims…

Love there food every time I go to Westbend I stop and get me food
One of the best BBQ places! Staff was not very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted since I’d never been there they seemed kinda annoyed I was asking questions also they weren’t very clear on the prices. Anyways I will definitely be back just at a different location!
