Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Now I remembered why I stopped going to Braums in Sapulpa, Ok. Disappointment every time. I ordered a large cherry mix and a large vanilla shake. When I get to the pick up window and sit and wait for well over 5 minutes to get my order, I see the large cherry mix sitting there, melting. By the time the window lady handed it to me, it was melted to the point of being soupy, I had to ask her to put a lid on it please so that it doesn’t spill and then had to question the size. If THAT is a large, I would hate to see what the small looks like. At that price I should have gotten a FROZEN mix, disappointed Braums

Always the “go to” for ice cream on a hot day! I like the take home section but my favorite are the people who work on the grocery line here in Sapulpa. They are nice AND helpful!

Great ice cream and fresh milk everytime.

Wouldn’t suggest going here unless you want your money stolen. I received 3 gift cards with receipts and none of them worked. I was told by management to bring my gift receipt in and they would fix it but when I went back they would not. This store is full of thieving employees that will steal from you.

Kids love Braum's. I say ok better than McDonald's anyway. Grandma won't go to McDonald's anymore

First of all, why is Braum always busy, yet serve cold fries? If such were a case there should always be hot fresh fries and food. Service was great, but that’s get thrown out the door if the food is terrible. Ordered two fries, chili cheese fries and a burger. All bland and cold. Even the cheese for my chili cheese fries wasn’t even melted. If the franchise owner is reading this I would overhaul this whole place. One of the worse food I’ve ever eaten. I also had to microwave my chili cheese fries just get it warmed up. Absolutely gross Braum.

Their fast food, ice cream, and grocery products are good.

The service at this location is not the greatest, year round. We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with traffic not moving before going inside.

When we came out, the drive thru traffic had no moved about 10 minutes later.
