Absolutely the worst braums. Every time I’ve been there it’s the longest wait in the drive through line. Tonight was the worst. Sat in line for over 50 minutes. I wish I was kidding. Went in the inside line of the two and 9 cars went ahead of 2. Then at the box 2 cars went before even taking our order. When confronted about the issue the staff got defensive and called us liars. Trust me I wish I could get that 50 minutes back. Will not be going back.

Its a shame we have to drive to braums in sapulpa, because the locations in Tulsa are poorly managed either your order is never right or drive-thru so slow 20min just to get the wrong cold order,but the braums in sapulpa always has freshhot food drive-thru is quick they have older adults that do a great job. But braums should investigate there stores in Tulsa or get ready to close them.

Braums is the greatest burger chain in the region. All stores are within 20 miles of their farm, they make all their own ice cream, burgers and more. I’ve been going there for 30 years and they have never lacked in quality, with the few exceptions to the rule.
Burger was hot and delicious. The brewed sweet tea is very ?? good. Employees are courteous and helpful. Love Braums

Braum's staff frequently gets our orders wrong...as they miscomprehend what we ask for. There is a Braum's location near the jobsite where I work...I had to stop going there for lunch, as they would, daily, get my order wrong...so, I had to travel across town to a Whataburger for lunch...and, they always got my order correct.

I regularly go to Braum’s, and I’ve been to several locations. While my experience here was overall still decent, it was nonetheless the worst experience I think I’ve ever had at a Braum’s. The lighting in the dining area was oddly dim. The food took a surprisingly long while to get to us. When we got to the ice cream section, it took a while to get through the line and be noticed. The consistency of the shakes were way off, and when I asked for M&Ms in mine, they apparently put in several types of candy, including some that I don’t like (you could literally smell the peanut butter in the shake from like a foot away). That all being said, the food was still quite good — the chicken, burgers, cottage cheese, and fries were all as expected. So again, it wasn’t a bad experience necessarily, but it could have been much better.Edited for spelling.

Went 3/30/23 at 8:40. Walked in. Two ladies don’t talk to me. Sat and gossiped as they slowly cut a banana. Was told “they’d be with me shortly”. 15 min wait. No service. Fed up, I left without anyone asking or saying anything. Went to drive thru. 4 cars in front of me. 20 minutes after ordering a single frozen yogurt I have to call the store. Twice they tell me they’re “waiting on meat and fries”. Finally I got to a window and canceled the order demanded my money back. Braums in Sapulpa has collapsed. Bad service on a consistent basis. Contacting corporate. Close the store or get a handle on the horrible careless service.
