Me and my family were gifted 2 meals by the owner and are beyond grateful! The food is AMAZING and authentic, the portions are HUGE, the establishment is very clean inviting and wonderfully decorated, and everyone who works there including the owner are so sweet and happy to serve the public. We will definitely be coming back!

Edit: I've changed my review to a 3 star from a 1 Star because it in fact turns out that there was a set of new employees at the Sapulpa Carina Food Truck that were absolutely terrible at burrito making. Seems they got some new guys working over there that are taking it back to the way it was before. Still not quite like the food prior with the previous team there but it's getting better. I have gone to other Catrina Locations and they are sooo much better.

I consider this place to be one of the best burrito, Mexican food places that could rival Mexican restaurants in California however, I’ve recently gone to the Sapulpa Catrina food truck and it has a whole new staff and my burrito has come out not the burrito I’ve ordered, smaller than normal, and liquified inside. It’s either they’re under new management and the new management has decided to put in their personal input on what they think Mexican food should taste like or maybe they have a change in food supplier. Maybe they lost good workers that made their food great. For an 11$ burrito they sure are making me wonder if I should continue giving them money.

Normally would never complain about here as me and my husband eat here every month. However, our last order was horrible service. The lady who took my order is not the normal one we see in the evenings. She also didn't take my name for our call in order, and told my husband they didn't sell guacamole like he was stupid. When he got his burrito, guess what it had in it? Guacamole. It's on y'alls menu. The ingredients seemed old or like they've sat out for a minute (Pico for sure had to be old)
And my tacos were just trashy. She sat the box in the bag sideways and my stuff got scattered all over the box. Please do better about your customer service. Take a name when a call in order comes in, and if you are out of guacamole just say so. Don't lie and say "you don't sell it."

Portion sizes are outrageous, but I like it. A burrito could be cut in half and had for lunch and dinner... but I never do that. The food is excellent. Kind of pricy, but I eat here when I can.
Amazing breakfast burrito. I got the hash brown breakfast burrito. I can’t believe it is that big!! Highly recommended! I will be back!
