Sapulpa churches chicken evidently has no employees and the manager I assume is very unsympathetic to customers he makes wait in the drive through for up to 10 minutes before waiting on them. When I finally drove up to the window still no one. I went in And asked what was going on he said there were only two employees there and they were so busy but I was the only customer besides the car behind me that also came inside heard his attitude agreed they were not busy and also left. He told me I should learn patience and get in the Christmas spirit. The people that left were in disbelief also. Horrible service. I normally never give bad reviews but this mad me so mad!!!! A sincere apology would have been nice instead of a complete defensive attitude. And still never asked for my order!!!!!!!! This is actually the third time this has happed not being waited on for ever.

I'm just going to cut to the chase I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN Found a Piece of hair bedded in between the chicken and the breading I'm officially terrified to ever go back here not to mention the short Hispanic guy that may or may not be the manager shewed me away like I was a dog and let's just say I had to walk outta there because I was ready to jump over that counter but I am not gonna stoop that low I was heated KFC is Better ANYWAYS

After calling about 6 times with no answer we've opted to call the corporate office to report cleanliness and hygiene violations. If the cooks at this location are wearing hair nets they either need new ones or who ever cooked our food was not wearing one. There's no reason for us to have pulled a long strand of hair out of our chicken. It's not that the hair had fallen onto the chicken, it was fried INTO the chicken. We had to trash the entire 14 piece family meal because we aren't going to traumatize our child with this. We are actively reporting this location for their hygiene negligence as well as failing to answer their phones. We won't be giving this location any more of our money, and if anyone is cautious about what they put into their mouths they won't either.
The food was amazing best chicken tenders in the world also the macaroni and cheese was good the service was very nice

Super slow, no one there and still to 25 minutes to get our food. Rude worker and acted like it's our fault their slow. OH! let's not forget how nasty the chicken tasted like old grease. ?
I have visited a store in BA, OK and I didn’t get tenders I ordered. Terrible they can’t get an order correct. Today I ordered 3 10 piece family meals w/2 sides and I wanted another side. I was charged for 10 10 piece family meals, corn on cob (6), 3 coleslaw and charged for lemonade. I didn’t get the extra side (okra) or no drink at all $144. Why can’t they get the orders correct. I WILL NOT GO TO Church’s again!!!

I’ve lived and grown up in Sapulpa. Last time I’ll eat at this absolutely horrid location. Doesn’t matter what time of the day you come in it’s horrible I’ve come in 3 times the last 7-8 months thinking maybe it would be a different outcome. Today was not the case. Cold chicken cold fries. Terrible customer service.
