I hate to leave this kind of review but I feel constructive criticism is needed. đ Half the food was cold/barely warm, service was slow and there wasnât that many people in there to serve. First time going and we were there around 5pm on a Saturday. My husband got food poisoning sadly as well. The only pros I have is the atmosphere was cool and the food did have good flavor.
We planned nice Sunday trip with some good friends after seeing an influencer that rates cool places and things to in the Greater Tulsa area . She spoke of how cool this place was and I agree the atmosphere is 5 stars! Unfortunately the service ??? Quite another story, friendly but not good that could have something to do with being short staffed in the kitchen and it appeared there was only one waitress that told us she has got called in . We ordered drinks they didnt have the beer so chose a different one , the old fashioned my husband ordered was soooo very sweet , I ordered a Bloody Mary which tasted like Worcestershire sauce and black pepper, my friend ordered a mimosa bar tender came over and said he could not find the orange juice ( really lol) okay. So we ordered an appetizer (Brussels sprouts) they were really good took a long time to get to this point we were about an hour in we had ordered our food which the waitress came back out and said that they were out of the steaks we ordered but we could get a ribeye so my husband (expecting it as a substitute) chose it . When I say that the ribeye was the thinnest ribeye I have ever seen Iâm not kidding! Shoe leather comes to mind. I got the special and our friends got salads . We waited about 45 minutes for our food everyoneâs came out but mine . Mine took another 5 minutes and then it was cold in the center!! It was the special (manicotti) it just had to be reheated!! I know this because the waitress told me she had had it for dinner the night before. They didnât check it before they sent it out??? Overall I do not recommend eating food there it was way too pricey for the poor quality, they have coffees and ice cream and sodas and a beautiful decor maybe just have a coffee . So disappointed

Wasn't busy when we walked in. Took an hour to get our food. My steak and fries were the only thing hot. My husband's burger was cold. Was offered a scoop of ice cream for the long wait. I informed the lady at the counter I was offered a free scoop and all I got was a little spoon full like a taste test. Informed the waiter of the the issues and he took some off our bill. The food did have great taste. Not sure I will try it again or not.

Stopped by on a slow Thursday night, and loved it! My wife had the pot roast, and I ordered the pork chops, and both were quite tasty! The sticker shock on the menu for a small town restaurant was a bit⊠surprising, butâŠ. The food quality was GREAT, and the portions were large enough that both of us had enough for lunch the next day. The pork chops were cooked perfectly, and had an amazing flavor combo with the green beans and potatoes, and a small sampling of the wifeâs roast proved it to be savory and comforting. The CARROTS with the roast were pure âparty in my mouthâ tasty too! The ambience inside is incredible, and the servers were attentive and friendly as well, so all in all, it was a very nice experience. I wouldnât make it a daily stop, but itâs a perfect place for a date night⊠What a way to step up the dinner options in our small town!
I am not one to make reviews but I have to speak on the experience I had tonight. My friend came into town and we wanted to try something new. Mind you we drove 45 minutes to get there. We got
there & we ordered drinks. We were looking at the menu & everything looked mid ngl. We decided to share something because we drove so far. Our waitress came to take our order & she was very rude & distasteful. Minutes go by and our food arrives (Not very good). We had no silverware & waited 10 minutes for our waitress to come so we could ask just for her to ignore us! so I had to get up and go to a table to grab silverware!! She then helped everyone around us. Completely ignores us while our drinks are empty doesnât check on us not once! I let the manager know & they did resolve the issue. But definitely not worth it! Especially if I am going to be racially profiled. I am so disappointed in the service I received here. Lady definitely needs to be taught how to treat people.

Broccoli cheddar soup was served cold. The food was overpriced and lacked flavor. The service was average.

The food was very disappointing. Almost every dish we ordered had a mistake. The grilled chicken was overly cooked. As well as the ribeye stake which was ordered medium but got super well done. Most of the side dishes were also very disappointing in how they made them. The only side dish everyone actually agreed with was the mashed potatoes. I wouldnât recommend going here.

we have gone to their holiday dinners before and they were amazing.....but the Christmas dinner was horrid....all the meat was cold..and green beans were very tough......over priced and we will never be back...I've had better food at quick trip
We tried Crossroads Cookery for the first time this weekend. The ambiance was lovely, the staff were friendly and the food was okay. The ice cream is really tasty! My only complaint, is there arenât many items on the menu below $15, even the burger and fries were $15.95ish. I wish the whole menu was offered all day, I saw a few items on the lunch menu I would have liked to try. We love the easy drive and will try it again! We may share a meal to make it a bit more affordable. Highly reccomend the tomato bisque and the ice cream!

Our friends highly recommended this place, but we did not have a good experience. We quickly got a table within 5-10 minutes and thought it would be a great experience...we were there for over 1.5 hours. It took an hour to get our food & everyone's food was either cold or lukewarm. Only 2 of the people in our party got refills during the visit & we had to ask other servers for things we had asked our waiter for and she never got us. Overall, the restaurant is lovely, the food would probably be great if you were served hot/warm, and the service would probably be fine if you get a waiter that would come to your table more than 4 times, but for us, it was not worth the 1.5 hours there and we had to pay over $110.

Not thrilled with this location. Looked online prior to going. Knew what we wanted just to find out they donât have it. Ended up ordering other stuff. FiancĂ©s order didnât come out until everyone else had almost finished eating. All she ordered was soup.
Server was not good at all. Forgetting half the orders and giving drinks to wrong people. To this point donât even want to eat the food we ordered.
Honestly not impressed in any way with this place and donât think we would waste our time or money returning. Cost more than it is worth.

We drove two hours to visit the Christmas chutes for an annual girlsâ trip. We ate there last year and loved it. This yearsâs holiday menu was really small (not many options). We wanted to still go, so scoured the menu and knew what we wanted beforehand. Come to find out, they will not let you substitute sides or make any changes to what is on the menu. Every meal either came with glazed carrots or mashed potatoes, or one came with fried okra and mashed potatoes. Meals ranging $25-$35. One member doesnât eat potatoes or carrots. After being told they couldnât substitute the sides, they asked if they could order chicken tenders from the kidsâ menu and then wanted to order a side of fried okra and Brussels sprouts. They told us no. The waitress told us they had been getting in trouble because people were sharing meals. After an hour wait, we ended up leaving without eating. Itâs already overpriced, but we come because itâs been a part of our trip for several years. Sadly, we wonât be back. They could at least put it somewhere on their menu or website that they donât substitute. They have âsidesâ listed on their menu, but itâs really a la carte. You canât get those sides without paying $7.95 each. Other people were complaining as well. We ran into a couple as we were leaving who said they wished they would have left as well, but that now they know and wonât be back.
Stopped in for a Wednesday dinner. Wait time was at least an hour. Waite time to get food after we ordered took 45 minutes. Food came out warm and some cold. The flavor was good but the time and food temperature made this a poor visit.
